Check was smooth and woman at desk for friendly and competent. Asked her for dinner selections close by and referred us to a tavern close by. Food excellent, service great, never got a chance to thank her. Room average at best, lighting in bathroom horrible, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Door deadbolt broken missing chain altogether. Beds/pillows good. Breakfast below average, only fruit bananas and apples, oranges. No yogurt which I expect as alternative to cereal. Didn't use pool but looked OK. Checkout with man in AM, Straightforward didn't ask about stay or anything. No personality.

The days inn was our home for the last 6 days. The staff was great the facility was amazing. We got the room with the kitchen and that was great since we have a baby with us however the oven was not working so we were not able to cook anything that is needed to be baked.

Thank you for staying with us responding to your feed back no complaint were made or filed in the shift report regarding the room you stayed in . our front desk agent are their to help our guest. they would have switch rooms if that was the case that the exterminator went in and found no visible signs for roaches .

Affordable, quiet, safe motel.staff was friendly, room clean, comfy bed. Saw a show at Capital Theatre, very nice venue. Try Papa's New York Style 24 hr cafe, has excellent food for affordable price. Easy in/out free parking.

We booked this property on a whim this weekend. Family trip. We found two roaches in the room. One I killed the second was found in the bed upon leaving and checking sheets for items. I was charged $25 for a rollaway- which wasn’t stated when I called down to the office.. we even had to move it upstairs ourselves. The pool wasn’t working and water was stagnant with oil residue on top. The surrounding properties were condemned or shut down with debris everywhere on the property. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Amy was very lovely as was the 3rd shift gentleman. The room was clean! There was no hidden smoke smell. There were no bugs (I checked often). The room was VERY outdated, but everything worked appropriately. The area seemed safe. They should add a waffle maker to the breakfast selection, otherwise no real complaints. 20 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Room was dirty. Toilet was broken. Sink stopper was broken. Light over sink was broken. Switched our room. Deck around the pool was crumbling and in need of resurfacing. Won’t stay here again.

The ice machines did not work and the hot tub was out of order. The actual room, property and staff were good and very nice. I noticed the tap water in Clearwater has a funny smell everywhere we went though.
