Un grande breve vacanza in Florida per te, la tua famiglia, e gli amici! La nostra unità è spaziosa, confortevole e pulito. Il balcone offre una vista davvero fantastica della intercoastal corso d'acqua, una festa per gli occhi. Troverete un sacco di attività di relax nelle immediate vicinanze, tra cui la pesca, cruising, sala da pranzo, e il nuoto. E, siamo solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia! C'è una bella piscina riscaldata e un bacino per la pesca. Oppure, se preferite, semplicemente rilassarsi con l'acqua e guardare gli uccelli e delfini!

Il complesso si trova in una piacevole zona tranquilla e pacifica, con i vicini amichevoli. Questo condominio è in un edificio di fine in modo che fornisce ancora più privacy e più punti di vista! Questa unità è molto ben tenuto e fornito. Ci viene assegnato un parcheggio sotterraneo e un parcheggio per gli ospiti. Per la vostra comodità, vi è una lavatrice e asciugatrice in unità. We loved our stay! The unit was very clean and plenty of room for our three-week stay. The balcony has a wonderful view of the intercoastal waterway and it is a short walk to the beach. We liked it so much we have already booked a stay for next year.

The condo is in a perfect location. The dock was awesome to be able for my husband to fish. I was able to walk across the street to the beach. This was the second time we have stayed in this condo and will definitely be staying again! Can’t say enough GREAT things about the condo and the hosts. Exactly as pictured but better. Check in was straight forward and very simple. Location was easy to find. We had no issues and didnt have to contact the owner/agent.The property was clean and well stocked with Coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. spices in the cabinets and plenty of cups plates utensils, the condo is located within easy driving distance to hundreds of resturants beaches and other entertainment. Mornings or evenings on the balcony were one of my favorite times at the condo, we were able to see all sorts of wildlife, Birds, Fish, Manatees and even dolphins. The pair of binoculars in the condo helped so much with wildlife spotting. Parking was easy and its under the condos on the lower level so even in bad weather your car will be safe. keep in mind the parking area has low ceilings so extremely tall vehicles will not fit.The furniture was comfortable and everything was clean and nice. I would rent this unit again with out a second thought.

Beautiful condo, the pictures online do not do it justice. We were saying wow!!! from the moment we walked in. Excellent view from the balcony, we spent hours and hours out there rather than inside. We saw dolphins every day and manatees hung out in that area at night. Some kids from another family staying at a different unit caught some catfish off the dock. And, although I have never been a bird watcher, there were so many to watch every day. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, beach items were in the 2nd bedroom closet (if we would have had young kids they would have been overjoyed with the selections to take to the beach). Leo was very responsive, I only had to call him once when the battery died in the smoke detector in the main bedroom. About scared us all to death until we finally figured out what it was. He was very nice and even offered to come over right then. We told him that was not necessary, but just wanted to let them know to replace that battery. The only bummer was the pool onsite closed at dusk and there was not an onsite grilling area. But, on the plus side, this condo did have a George Foreman grill so that was a bonus and I have found a new way to cook steaks :). Honestly I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thanks for a most excellent vacation Leo and Helen!!!

This was our second time staying at Leo’s and just as great of a stay and experience as the first time - family of 4 with young children. Great location to beach, restaurants, and attractions. Leo is very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Best Annual Vacation

We were so pleased with our vacation this year. This condo was the perfect location and had every amenity we needed for our annual trip.We were able to easily walk to the beach whenever we wanted or just sit on the balcony and watch the Dolphin and Manatee swim by. The location was perfect with close access to any place you needed to go.We had such a good time and are hoping that we can stay again.

Beautiful Indian Shores intracoastel condo

Unit was spotless, well appointed abd had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats and birds and fish in the intracoastal.Peaceful and serene. Our only issue was that we are old -81 and 78 - and the 27 steps to the unit were difficult. Not a problem with the place itself, only for us oldsters! Would highly recommend this location!

Another stay in paradise

Repeat guests at Leo's condo. Love the ample living space, comfortable bed, covered parking, pool, lovely view, quiet unit, and close walk to the beach. Would not stay anywhere else in the area! Thanks again Leo for a great stay!

Wonderful vacation

First time in this condo a year ago, this year again : the right decision! Amenities and location are perfect for us. Wonderful view of the Intracoastal waterway, daily wildlife watching, short walk to the beach. Absolutely great host!

This is a really lovely place to stay.Pros: uninterrupted views of waterway; enclosed sheltered balcony; beach gear; great beach; very clean; well equipped kitchen; strong shower Cons (minor): Up 3 sets of stairs; car required for groceries/coffee etc. It is on a trolley bus route but no stops nearby. A foodmart very close but closed, possibly due to storm damage.

Amazing place to stay

The condo was better than we expected. Perfect for 3 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and everything worked. The balcony was wonderful for relaxing and watching the fish jump, birds, dolphins and boats cruising along the intercoastal waterway. Very peaceful and quiet area with a short walk to the beach. Everyone we met while walking around were very friendly. This was our third time to Indian Shores and we will be back!

Great spot

Great spot. Only thing would be that there is no elevator so bringing up all of our stuff to stay for a week was rough in the heat of the summer. Other than that it was gorgeous views and a great spot for my son to fish. Right across from the beach. Lots of space! Which was nice and the parking spot was perfect for our big SUV. No other cars could park next to it.

Great view of the intercostal

We loved the location. Quiet but close to restaurants and stores. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Beautiful view of the intercostal. Our favorite place to spend time enjoying the manatees, birds and occasional dolphin pod.
