This property offers incredible value with a superb location just 10 minutes from the #1 rated Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes from St. Pete’s Clearwater Airport, and a 25-minute drive from Tampa International Airport.

The Avalon complex is a gated community complete with a clubhouse that offers 24/7 Wi-Fi internet access, a large, heated pool, barbecue area, fitness center, and business center.
It's conveniently located within walking distance of groceries (Publix), a liquor store, restaurants, and a park.

During your stay, you can unwind by the beautiful saltwater pool or visit the stunning nearby beaches to partake in various water activities such as fishing, boating, and more. Additionally, the area boasts a plethora of restaurants, cultural and sports events, Pier 60, and if you're interested in exploring further, it's situated only 90 minutes away from Orlando Theme Parks such as Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. It's also just 45 minutes from Bush Gardens, making it an ideal location to enjoy everything Florida has to offer.

This ground floor condo is a peaceful and private oasis, offering you a home away from home.

It boasts a spacious layout, featuring a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a large closet, and a cozy bedroom.

The kitchen comes complete with all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge, full stove, and a set of silverware, pots, pans, cups, and glasses.

A dining room that seats four people is also available.

The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed that can sleep two people, as well as a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

In the living area, there is a queen sofa bed and another flat-screen TV for your convenience.

For your laundry needs, a washer and dryer are available in the unit, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or a good book in the fresh Florida breeze, with chairs and a table available for your comfort.

Additionally, this condo includes several complimentary amenities, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, internet, and cable.

Free of charge is also provided fresh linens, blankets, bath, and beach towels, along with a cooler, beach chairs, and parasols for your beach adventures.

while searching for a nice place to stay for extended Thanksgiving holiday near family, I came across this treasure!! Our host, Dana was super. This cute apartment (condo), had everything needed for our 2 week stay. Clean and quiet. I really hated to leave. Will return on future vacations. Thanks again, Dana.

Stayed after a hurricane displaced us from our home and another hurricane came through two weeks later. Property was completely safe during a Cat 3 hurricane. The owners were very helpful in getting the AC running the day after the hurricane. The surrounding neighbors were very polite, and the community was very quiet and cozy

Dana ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich im die Belange Ihrer Gäste kümmert und stets erreichbar war. So suchte sie mögliche Events heraus und bot auch an früher anzureisen oder später abzureisen ( wenn es möglich ist ) Zur Wohnung: Sauber ! Sauber! Sauber ! Zudem bietet die Wohnung alles was man benötigt. Kaffee war vorhanden, sowie sämtliche Küchenutensilien. Ebenso waren Strandtücher, Strandliegen, ein cooler und Schirm vorhanden. Wir waren vier Tage da, wären aber auch locker eine Woche geblieben. Die Poolanlage haben wir leider nicht genutzt, sah aber gut aus. Zum Relaxen, nach einem langen Tag, sicherlich gut geeignet. Die Umgebung gut und man war sehr zentral gelegen. Würden wieder kommen und können es daher wärmstens empfehlen.

The condo was clean and in a very convenient location. It is only a 12 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. The owner was very communicative and available. My family and I had an incredible time. I highly recommend it.

Dana our host was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying at the Avalon. Very quiet and can get to any of the surrounding beaches with a quick drive. Will stay here again when we go down there again.

My daughter and I stayed here and it exceeded expectations. Clean, great decor, 10 mins to beach, and most important, we both felt safe. We appreciated the quiet hours, and beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater. The condo was clean and perfect for my wife and 2-yr-old. The host had a pack n play for us to use. Only 15 minutes from the main Clearwater Beach. Many great restaurants with a short drive. We really enjoyed using the pool at the complex.

The host was communicative and helpful. Inital use of key pad to front door took direct supervision of staff employee. Resolved without anymore issues, thanks to host! The condo was freshly decorated and clean for a relaxing stay. Quiet room with nice location to parking, pool, shopping and restaurants. Easy access to many beaches and local events. Dana is an efficient host with soothing tastes in her interior design choices. If you need something, it was available. Emergency supplies to Espresso coffee and every kitchen gadget was easily organized and fresh! Thank you for hosting me.

I traveled to Clearwater to participate in the Rock N Roll half marathon. Was looking for a place where the location was quiet and accesible to different dining and grocery locations. In addition, be close to the finish line. This property has everything you are looking for. Quiet, bed was comfy, AC worked very well. The property is in great condition. I felt like home away from home. Dana was an awesome host. She was available when needed and even provided dinner options. I will definitely come back next year to run once again and visit other attractions. Thank you Dana!

This condo is immaculate. Everything you need is here for your enjoyment. Our host, Dana, was excellent and easy to reach. She helped us with everything. Her hospitality was above and beyond.
