Getting Around

One of the best things about Dunedin is how easy it is to explore!

Walk or ride the complimentary bikes around town
Ride the Jolley Trolley like a local! Simply enter your destination into Google Maps, select the Bus option, and Google Maps will show you the nearest trolley stop, arrival times, and where to get off. It's a little slower than driving, but it's one of the easiest and most affordable ways to explore Dunedin and the surrounding beach towns.

The Clearwater Ferry operates Thursday through Sunday and offers a scenic ride to Clearwater Beach and other popular waterfront destinations.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outside of the house, in the driveway, on the porch, or anywhere else on the premises. If smoking is observed or there is evidence of smoking on the property, the tenant/guest may be charged a $250 smoking violation fee, in addition to any costs associated with cleaning, deodorizing, repairing, or restoring the property due to smoke or odor.
