Perfect!

We loved staying in this house! It was clean and charming, plus our hosts thought of every little detail… From including laundry pods to coffee creamer! Set an a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to downtown. Can’t wait to go again!

Charming Dunedin cottage- close to everything

On our last day of Phillies spring training, a restaurant waitress suggested a trip to Dunedin and we fell in love with the town. For spring training 2024 we wanted to stay in the "downtown" area, and this cottage was perfect. It was clean, charming, well-maintained and in a quiet neighborhood...yet a short 3-minute walk brings you to all the downtown shops, bars, restaurants and marina. Kathy and Dan are wonderful hosts and the cottage was great.

Coming home to Dunedin!

Fabulous week with friends. The KL Cottage is ideally situated in downtown but also easy to get on the road. Kathy was extremely responsive and the cottage was quaint and immaculate!

Quiet neighborhood. Good for one or two occupants.

We were a group of 3 friends and stayed at this property for 1 night. The living room decor was nice. Plenty of extra linens were also provided. There were many Janet Evanovich novels on the bookshelf and one of us enjoyed reading them. The small fireplace in the living room also helped a lot. It was a clean and quiet neighborhood (note: we stayed here around Christmas). This place was good for us to explore the nearby Honeymoon State Park, which I highly recommend. Since there are 2 rooms and 1 bathrooms, one of us slept on the love seat. Earlier we incorrectly assumed that there was a couch in the living room. But the host was quick and gracious to provide us an air mattress but we did not use that. We joined the two love seats and used it as a bed. Overall, the place is good for 1 or 2 persons if sleeping separately. A suggestion for improvement to hosts: please provide a couch so that additional occupants can sleep comfortably.

Great Stay! Super comfy Cottage right in downtown Dunedin. Close to all the bars and restaurants. Great front porch to relax on and watch the neighborhood go by.

Cute authentic dunedin home!!

Super clean and well stocked! We enjoyed the proximity to main street and my family! Kathy was super responsive! I especially loved the orange on the side of the fire place outside! Its a classic touch of Dunedin!

Great stay!

We loved the location and front porch of this cute little duplex. Room enough for a small family. So close to the trail and downtown. One minor problem addressed quickly by the owner who lives close by. Very happy with our stay!

Location, location, location!

Keylime cottage was a great place to stay for my husband and I! We really enjoyed having the front porch to entertain on. We stayed for a month a enjoyed every minute. I was disappointed in the lack of kitchen supplies. We love all the restaurants nearby but also like to make meals at home. Just a few extra items like a baking sheet would have been nice. The VRBO listing gave me the impression that the lawn chairs, picnic table and grassy area was part of our rental. There is a second cottage attached and that area is in front of that cottage. After checking in I asked about the area and Kathy told us that the area was for both units. Overall, we enjoyed our rental and was very impressed with Katy’s response time when we had a question. We would definitely rent the cottage again!

Clean, simple, and perfect for a weekend getaway

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away. The property is within walking distance to everything my wife and I had planned for the weekend. Check in and check out were simple and the home was very clean. Dunedin is a very pleasant surprise. Bring bikes if you have them. There is a bike path that runs through the town and we regretted not having them. The Black Pearl was worth the money spent to eat and there are seven breweries within a half mile of the home. SeCan't go wrong with this home.

Cute cottage close to downtown and the Gulf

Well taken care, well stocked from laundry pods to Starbucks Kcups, dish soap, clean towels and beach towels and chairs if we wanted to use them. Totally enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching people walking their dogs. We could walk 1 block to the trolly stop which took us to Tarpon Springs to enjoy Greek restaurants and Clearwater to walk on the beach. Because we were here the 1st 2 weeks in January, temps were extremely cool which hindered us from doing many outdoor activities. That was the downside of our stay, but the property was perfect.

Walking distance to downtown Dunedin.

Sweet cozy 2 bedroom cottage with all needed amentities and a bonus front porch to sit back & relax! We loved the location & easy walking distance to downtown Dunedin's restaurants, shops and access to the wonderful Pinella Trail system for biking & walking. Hosts are gracious with a no hastle check in/out process. We will return! Thank you!

Great location. Less than 5 min walk to almost everything. For a 2 bedroom, 1 bath it was definitely spacious. Beds are comfy. AC nice and cold. Fans in each bedroom. All the comforts of home.
