We are an short 5-minute walk down the Pinellas Trail where you can ride bikes, run or walk for miles!. Dunedin is vibrant with several festivals, lots of live bands and a farmer`s every Friday and Saturday (from November to May).

Take the Jolley Trolley and enjoy the ride to lunch or dinner from Tarpon Springs (fantastic Greek food and shops) to St. Petersburg. And during Spring Training, you can walk to the newly renovated Toronto Blue Jays Stadium! This is a perfect location for all your needs.

From April thru late October we do have high humidity in air and sometimes air conditioning in condo may be more sensitive to different conditions then usually due to tropical conditions of wether and the air we have may have a humid scent.

It is also one of the few waterfront communities where buildings do not shroud the view. The city is home to multiple breweries, craft drinks, numerous restaurants, and ice cream shops, and plenty of unique locally owned shops.

Access the Jolley Trolley just around the corner. It will take you to Clearwater Beach, or all the way down to St. Pete. Want to beat the vehicle traffic? Take a short walk to the Dunedin Marina and get aboard the ferry! A short boat ride and you`re at the Clearwater Marina where you can walk to many bars, restaurants and souvenir shops.
Walk across the street and rent a golf cart because Dunedin is golf-cart friendly!
