Private Historic Gulf-View Cottage with Sunset Deck – Built in 1913 and tucked behind the dunes, Dunes is a fully renovated two-story cottage blending vintage charm and modern comfort. Enjoy a private patio, spiral staircase, Gulf-view deck, and open living space just steps from the beach, with shared access to pool, hot tub, and garden grounds.

More than 100 years old, the Beach Cottage Inn is one of Indian Rocks Beach`s earliest cottages. Lovingly tended to and newly renovated, it is now available for guests for the first time in more than a decade.

Upon entering downstairs from a subtropical brick path, there is a queen bed, bedside tables, dresser, armoire, armchair, and desk. The bedroom enjoys its own full bathroom, newly restored with eco friendly bathroom fixtures. Sliding glass doors give on to a private patio, its pergola covered in flowering vines.

Spiral stairs lead up to an open living area with a crisp new euro kitchen and additional half-bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with cooking tools, as well as dining table and chairs. A loveseat sofa bed with twin mattress for a third guest sits opposite. This upstairs too has its own exterior door leading to a private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extra seating to enjoy company and delight in the sunset.

Guests will have private use of the entire 2-story cottage, including a secluded patio and its own gulf-view deck.

The cottage comes fully stocked with new linens and towels, as well as cooking essentials and some bathing products.

Brand new air conditioning, high-speed wifi, and cable television are included, and the on-premises laundry room with washer and dryer is free of charge.
