There are 7 bedrooms throughout this home - each one will make you go O..M..G! Of course, each one with their own smart TV.

On the first floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms. The first has one queen bed, the second with two queen beds, and the third with 2 full-over-full bunk beds (total of 4 full beds in this room). On the second floor, the fourth bedroom has one full bed. On the third floor, each of the three remaining bedrooms have 1 king bed in each.

This home has 3 full bathrooms; each floor has its own bathroom. On the first floor, the bathroom has one sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. The bathroom on the second floor has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The bathroom on the third floor has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

Other things to note
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.

This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by
keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
