🏡 3bed & 2bath, 1500sqft home. Sleeps 8 guests.

LIVINGROOM: This home has 2 livingrooms with smart TV'S in each (65in & 43in). TV'S have major streaming apps like NETFLIX that you can log into and stream movies. Local channels are provided. The livingroom couch can sleep 1 person comfortably.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer & Dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and children's sand toys are all available to our guests.

DINING ROOM: Table with 8 chairs.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with everything you need including toaster, air fryer, blender, and mixer. New appliances.

ROOM 1: KING BED, private bathroom (double vanity and a shower) and smart 55in TV. Windows have blinds and blackout curtains. In the closet we have a pack-n-play, high-chair, and a booster seat available for our guests with children.

ROOM 2: QUEEN BED.

ROOM 3: KING BED, working desk, chair, and printer. Closet has a pull out bed (for 1 person) that is available for use.

BATH 2: Single vanity with bathtub and shower.

POOL AREA: 2 sunbathing loungers and 4 wooden pool chairs available. Children's water table and pool toys are provided.

BACKYARD GRASS AREA: Hammock and outdoor grill are provided. *Note: propane for the grill is not provided.

The location can't get better than this. Central in every direction to all the amazing attractions that the area offers to have the most amazing vacation. Bardmoor Promenade is 1.2 miles away (3 minutes), and it has Publix, Starbucks with drive-through Applebees, Panera Bread, and Smash Burger. And if Costco is more of your store for groceries, it's 10 miles away (16 minutes).

Good location

Cozy, quiet neighborhood in a very accessible location. Only about 30 minutes from Tampa International and about 20 minutes from the great beaches in the area, including Clearwater Beach.The house has a very well equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prepare meals there. Also has a private backyard with a heated pool that is just the right temperature. Overall, an excellent value!

Amazing property.

Our stay was fabulous. We had great communication with the property host before and during our stay. After spending a lot of time finding the right property to book we were very pleased and impressed when we arrived, the house has quite the wow factor! Lots of thought and imagination has been put into this house decor and facilities. The house is well located to facilitate visits to the area and the nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. A car is a needed to make best use of your time.

Better than my own home lol

Everything about our stay was easy and convenient. Property was clean and actually is bigger in person. Location is convenient to grocery store and shops. All of the essentials were provided for our use. The bonus for us was that there was a highchair, booster chair, pack n play, and beach wagon, plus so much more for us to use and not have to travel with. The host was very responsive and even checks in via messages during our stay. Proximity to Tampa is under and hour. Super close to johns pass. Cant say enough good about our stay.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

My husband and I just came back from a wonderful stay at this property. Lovely furnishings and well appointed (kitchen had everything you can think of, including an air fryer). The screened patio and pool were great places to relax. We walked the neighborhood each day and neighbors were friendly. The host, Irina, was responsive and really easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Heated pool is awesome in January, as we came from MA. The host was very gracious and let me check out late due to my flight being changed. Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks Irina!

Family birthday

We rented this house for a staycation for my mommy 60th birthday. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed: linens, towels, pots, utensils, etc. it was conveniently located to stores and a short ride to the beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Very Comfortable

This trip was very relaxing and comfortable. Having this house made everything much nicer during the Florida summer. It’s location is convenient for the gulf, the bay, Tampa, or a quick drive to Sarasota. Management is very quick to respond and helped me out a lot with my situation.
