LIVING ROOM: This home has 2 living rooms with smart TVs in each (65in & 43in). TVs have major streaming apps like NETFLIX that you can log into and stream movies. Local channels are provided. The living room couch can sleep 1 person comfortably.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer & Dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and children's sand toys are all available to our guests.

DINING ROOM: Table with 8 chairs.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with everything you need including toaster, air fryer, blender, and mixer. New appliances.

ROOM 1: KING BED, private bathroom (double vanity and a shower) and smart 55in TV. Windows have blinds and blackout curtains. In the closet we have a pack-n-play, high-chair, and a booster seat available for our guests with children.

ROOM 2: QUEEN BED.

ROOM 3: KING BED, working desk, chair, and printer. Closet has a pull out bed (for 1 person) that is available for use.

BATH 2: Single vanity with bathtub and shower.
*A complimentary starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels is included. Additional supplies can be purchased by the guest at near by stores as needed.

POOL AREA: 2 sunbathing loungers and 4 wooden pool chairs available. Children's water table and pool toys are provided.
*PLEASE NOTE: Pool Heating: During the pool-heating season (October–May), the pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable temperature of approximately 80–85°F.
>Pool Heating Policy: For safety and equipment protection, the pool heater will be temporarily turned off if outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F, which is uncommon for the area. Once temperatures rise above this threshold, the heater will be automatically restarted. Depending on how long the heater was off and how low temperatures reached, it may take up to 48 hours for the pool to warm back to temperatures above 80°F. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps ensure proper operation and long-term care of the pool equipment.
>Pool Care: As the pool is uncovered and outdoors, leaves may occasionally collect. Guests are kindly asked to use the provided pool skimmer and pool vacuum as needed. If you prefer to have our pool maintenance company service the pool during your stay in addition to the visit they already are scheduled for, this can be arranged for an additional $70.


BACKYARD GRASS AREA: Hammock and outdoor grill are provided. *Note: propane for the grill is not provided.

The location can't get better than this. Central in every direction to all the amazing attractions that the area offers to have the most amazing vacation. Bardmoor Promenade is 1.2 miles away (3 minutes), and it has Publix, Starbucks with drive-through Applebees, Panera Bread, and Smash Burger. And if Costco is more of your store for groceries, it's 10 miles away (16 minutes).
