Amazing stay!!

This property was perfect in every way. Bright and spacious, with the perfect views of the ocean. Condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials and with beach accessories. This will definitely go on our list of properties to return to.

Phenomenal Beach View

The view from the balcony was outstanding and proximity to the surf and sand amazing. Overall, the condo had everything it said it did and no bugs. The pictures online didn’t depict several items. The condo needs serious updating outside of the refrigerator and microwave. The couches were very old, worn, and uncomfortable because the seat cushions sank into the couch so low we could not sit on them making it difficult to get up. The bed is great for someone that likes an extremely soft bed. The cushions on the chairs of the table to eat on were spotted and dirty. The cushions outside on the balcony were dirty and stained so we were glad for the two plastic seats to sit on. The towels were very worn because many of them had threads coming off. Again, the beach view was worth the stay along with the fact that the place had been cleaned and smelled clean upon entry.

We were very comfortable in our condo for the week. There were lots of little conveniences that made our stay easier such as the basic soap, the hair dryer the beach and bath towels and the kitchen appliances and cookware. I would just suggest a couple of low cost changes that would bring enhance the experience. One would be to change out the cooking and serving utensils. Most of them are plastic and are old and severly worn. Some new utensils would be nice. Maybe the addtion of larger cookie sheets. The current ones are very small making it difficult to cook in the oven for a family of four. The other would be to add a couple of couch cushions to help soften the hard arm rests on the couch. And finally, the bed sheets were fresh and new but the comforters are also very old and dated. Some new ones would really make a difference. Other than that we enjoyed our relaxing vacation and the condo was nice to stay in on rainy days. Thank you for being a great host. We hope to stay here again.

Clean and nice condo

The condo was nice, roomy and clean, however the area is still recovering from the hurricane so the beach wasn't always as available as we were hoping and some establishments were not open. If your looking for a nice place to stay with no frills, on the beach this place is ideal!

Convenient location

The area had been hit hard by the hurricane; however, they are making a lot of advancements to getting it back in order. They were working on the building during our stay; however, we weren’t inconvenienced by it. Beach was beautiful and a real treat! Dolphins were swimming around and saying “hello” too. Owner is fabulous to work with and extremely responsive.

Love Madeira

We have stayed at this property before & highly recommend it. Samuel is an excellent host, responsive if you have a need. The condo is very comfortable, appliances are updated & the refrigerator has an ice maker. Kima association is working hard to get the property fully restored.

On the beach

We had a very nice day at this rental property. The condo was clean and spacious, and it was located right on the beach. The Vrbo listing accurately depicted the condo. The views were amazing, especially the sunset views. The only drawback was the elevator kept getting stuck and the lobby and pool were under construction which we were aware of prior to coming due to the hurricane damage, despite that we had a wonderful time. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Madeira Beach.

Quiet beach condo

Clean and super close to the water!

The condo was just as advertised, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and very easy to work with. This condo is super close to the water, making it easy to watch your family members and great for dolphin viewing! Lots of places within walking distance.

Summer Breeze!!

The condo was the perfect accommodations for 4 people that want comfort, gulf front views, all accommodations, comfortable beds, and all the beach stuff you need. The kitchen has new appliances, and everything you need for your stay. The condo has 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, and toys, and very nice couch, table and chairs on the balcony. Wifi was great and smart TV's in every room. 5th time guests, and counting. Thanks Sam.

Clean condo, Great location

This condo was Very nice. It was clean and had most things that we needed. The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay being so close to the ocean and all the shopping and dining. Lots within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent in the Madeira Beach area.

SPECTACULAR!!!!

From the moment you walk in it’s absolute perfection. The view is spectacular. The condo is clean and inviting, well stocked and did I mention the view!! Check-in was a breeze. There are 3 codes to remember which I thought was going to be a hassle but once learned, no keys to carry! You have a parking spot(if you have a car). We really APPRECIATED the hot water and the water pressure. (I have rented many that the hot water barely gets there). Location is great. A bit of a walk to John’s Pass but 3 doors down from Caddy’s on the Beach and just a short walk street side to get to Mad Beach Cantina and Dockside Dave’s. We rented chairs and umbrella right in front of unit, which was great for us as we only had to carry our towels and cooler. It truly was a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation for us 😎. We LOVE Madeira Beach and will be returning in October

Perfect location, great beach and sunsets!

This condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and a gorgeous view right on the beach. The owner was easy to contact and was quick to repsond. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and we enjoyed the sunsets nightly. You can rent beach chairs and an umbrella daily or for the week which was well worth it. We enjoyed our stay and had perfect weather!

The perfect place!!

We have stayed here several times in the past and could not imagine staying anywhere else. You are within steps of the beach, the accommodations are wonderful including your own balcony that overlooks the beach and the ocean, and a swimming pool. You are within walking distance of several restaurants. There are also drugstores and grocery stores within a short distance and bus service that will take you to John’s Pass, which is a must see, with several activities you can take part in, eating establishments, and shops. And then, at the end of the day, you can sit on your own balcony and watch the sun set over the ocean.Hope you enjoy your time in Madeira Beach as much as we do.

Need to know

To clarify, we owned vacation rentals in the wine country hence a different standard of rental. My review is based on past reviews of this property. This, due to the level of other properties we stayed in visiting Florida over the past 4 years. Overall the condo met our needs (two adults) with the view, convenient location, non-smoking building, kitchen, laundry and included beach items. Below adds some details. 1) The view from the balcony is wonderful. The furniture cushions on the balcony need help. 2) The entire building, including the balcony, is a "smoke free" zone which is wonderful! 3) Kitchen has appliances but lacks a few detail items i.e. cookie sheets etc. The drip coffee maker is basic, old, with no automatic shutoff. If you use the drip, be sure to turn it off after use. There were coffee filters which was nice. There is a keurig, we did not use. 4) Washer and dryer were easy to use. Some detergent offered. We brought detergent "sheets" purchased on amazon. 5) Three low beach chairs (rusted, dirty) and three standard foldable chairs. There are nice, large, beach towels in the condo and some kids, beach toys. We purchased, and left at the condo, a nice, 7.5' beach umbrella with an auger. Auger allows you to screw into the sand just be gentle when screwing in or the auger handles it will break. Ask the owner for the door code to the stairs. This is faster than the elevator (elevator for heavy stuff) and easy if you can climb 3 easy flights.

Spring Training

We stayed in Madeira Beach, fished and went to some Phillies Spring Training games. It was nice to be on the beach with easy access. We found you can stay local for restaurants, but our venture into St. Pete's, especially Beach Rd. and 2nd Ave., had some great spots to eat and enjoy upscale environment. The Condo is exactly what you see in the listing. Location was perfect for us, condo was clean. This is not your high end rental, but it wont disappoint for the frugal traveler.
