  • Posizione, posizione, posizione. Luogo perfetto per una coppia o piccola famiglia per godersi una fantastica vacanza al mare. Il condominio con 2 camere da letto aggiornato è completamente arredato con mobili nuovi, pavimenti, TV a schermo piatto e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. Splendide vedute delle albe sulla baia al mattino e spettacolari tramonti sul golfo di sera. La spiaggia è a soli 50 passi dalla piscina, attraverso una tranquilla strada residenziale con accesso al cancello privato. C'è un molo di pesca sul lato della baia della proprietà e tavoli da picnic e grill a gas. Un ottimo posto per avvistare delfini, lamantini e pesci sportivi. Abbiamo una bella vista sulla baia dalla nostra porta d'ingresso e dal soggiorno.
    Vieni a rilassarti nel nostro angolo di paradiso. Completamente arredato con asciugamani, sedie a sdraio, più fresco e altro ancora. Basta portare un sorriso e oggetti personali.

Awesome Loacation

Loved the location and the view of the bay! Beach was awesome and just a short walk across the street. Ka tiki was always fun and just a short walk down the street. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet vacation on the beach.

This condo was perfect for our family! Everyone around was so sweet to me, my husband, and our kids. My husband and I really appreciated the location - super close to the beach and bay but not in a crowded area. I was extremely impressed by how well-kept and clean the condo is!

Perfect Treasure Island Spot

We stayed for a week & can’t wait to come back! This property has everything you will need for a great week at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler! The view of the water was great, you can watch the dolphins every day. The walk to beach is just across the street, close to Caddy’s too! The pool was clean, plenty of chairs for relaxing in. The beds were comfy, the kitchen has everything you’ll need! This is a great spot! The owner was excellent as far as communication and so accommodating! Truly an excellent experience!

Positives Short walk to beach (200 feet?) Walked to Caddy’s Pool clean Condo clean Beach chairs, noodles, towels all available for our use Canal water view from front door. Ocean view from walkway Mike owner and others staying in the condos very friendly Coin operated laundry available: bring your quarters Negatives No balcony (which we knew but didn’t think we would miss) Many smokers who smoke on the walkway, Lots of rules and we rent frequently Grouchy maintenance man Twin bed mattresses uncomfortable as covered in plastic.

We had a great week at this condo and would absolutely stay here again!We love the Sunset Beach area. The beach is just a short walk across a quiet residential street, and one of our favorite things about this location was being able to see both the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway from the front door. The water happened to be the roughest we've ever seen it during this trip, but the beach was still beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. It's not fancy or newly updated, but it was well-maintained and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and we appreciated having plenty of beach towels, sand toys, and beach chairs available. The extra bedroom was especially cute and worked perfectly for our girls.The pool was a great size, with plenty of lounge chairs, and it was never crowded during our stay. The grounds were well-kept, and the maintenance staff we encountered were incredibly friendly.A couple of things future guests may want to know: the stairs to the second floor are fairly long and steep, and families with toddlers should be aware that the shared balcony railing has wide enough openings for a small child to fit through. We also learned that the laundry machines require quarters, so be sure to bring some or pick them up at Publix before you need them.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and made lots of great family memories here!

Best vacation ever

We are not new renting apartments for a vacation through VRBO but it is hard to truly know if the location good. This location is perfect! The beach is right across the street from the condo. Out of all the vacations we took this was the most memorable. We spend most of our time hunting for shells in the ocean and came back home with the large box of treasures! The water was so nice that we were able to stay in the water for 4 hours straight without being cold. I am not sure if we were lucky or if it is specific to the location but we sure enjoyed it, A LOT! The condo is very clean with the comfortable beds. It has beach equipment if anyone would like it. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked perfect despite the 101F heat. The kitchen is not big but it was sufficient for the family of 4. The host provided plenty of kitchenware to cook about anything one desires. We chose to get ready meals at Publix that was just 1 mi away and enjoy local cooking. I am highly recommend this condo!

End of summer

We had a great time at the condo, it's super convenient to anything you could want to do. The beach is directly across the street, the pool is maintained every morning and fishing is steps away on the dock. The owners were easy to communicate with and more than helpful, made the check-in/checkout process extremely easy and the condo has everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great little condo off the beaten path

This 2 bedroom was just right for a family of 3. View out the front door of the canal was very pretty...wish there were big picture windows. Pool was big and nice...and just across a quiet street was a beautiful beach. Had everything we needed. Thank you!

Beautiful and quiet.

The rental was exactly has shown. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. Water was clear and the sunsets every night, breathtaking. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Resturaunts and shopping mins away. Thank you we hope to come again.

Nine great days at the beach

The 2 bedroom unit is clean and well maintained with fresh paint and new laminate flooring. The condo grounds are clean and well maintained. The condos are in a residential area that is not touristy and is much quieter than the main strip. The beach is fantastic and we saw plenty of wildlife. The owner , Gayl is easy to contact and helpful. There are dozens of restaurants within a reasonable walk as well as a Publix and Walgreens. I had a relaxing vacation in a fabulous, beach community and I will return in 2020.

Excellent location, even better then we expected.

Where do I start? We loved everything about this condo. The location, the neighbors, the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was so much better then we already knew it would be. The condo had everything we needed for a week of rest and relaxation. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had. We will be back!

Very clean and very comfortable for a family of 4.

My family really enjoyed our stay, the condo was super clean and so was the entire property. Everything appeared well maintained. The pool was close and the beach was just over a minute away. The area itself was quiet and beautiful, the beaches were clean and never crowded. The tiki bar down the street was pretty nice and only a five minute walk. Overall it was an excellent stay for us.

Perfect!

The location was perfect - SO close to the beach and having a pool was just an added bonus. We love the quiet atmosphere in Sunset Beach. This condo was awesome and stocked with everything you could possibly need - all you have to do is supply is the fun. Gayl was so great to work with and answered all my questions before we arrived. The second bedroom with twin beds was spacious and our granddaughters loved it. We can’t wait to return to both the beach and this condo.

Great beach house

This property is awesome. The location was great with a pool and beach access right across the street. Apartment has all of the kitchen accessories and all the beach accessories you need, except for a big cooler. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Great place to stay. Would definitely rent again.

Beauty near Sunset Beach

This is our favorite condo on Treasure Island!! Perfect location, always spotless, all the amenities you could possibly want or need for a beach vacation! You have Bay side on one side and the ocean on the other. Sunset Beach has the prettiest sunsets around!!!! We love coming to Treasure Island once a year and absolutely LOVE this condo!! Highly recommend and the owner Gayle is amazing to work with!!!!
