The Space:

📌 A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person.



What a cute BLOCK home with a fully fenced in yard and plenty of parking in front! This house is live-in ready with a New Asphalt Roof (permitted). Brand new kitchen to include GORGEOUS granite countertops, real wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances & new bright lighting! With 4 bedrooms you have many options to create your own personal space with an office, game room, and more! There is plenty of space in our fenced in backyard. The location is great; just minutes to the Beach, Restaurants, stores of many kinds, downtown St. Pete and to the center of the super cute city of Gulfport! Grab this Gem and start living the Florida lifestyle!
