We stayed at this bungalow for a family trip and overall found it to have nice touches. The property was cute and had a unique personality. My toddler especially loved the playground area — she spent most of her time there, which was a highlight for us.That said, there were a few details I wish we had known before booking. The wall between the living room and master bedroom does not extend all the way to the ceiling or fully across to the other side, which means sound travels easily throughout the house. Since we were traveling with an infant and a toddler, this made nap times a bit challenging. The interior layout is definitely on the quirky side — for instance, the sliding bathroom door opens into the master bedroom — but everything was functional.We did notice a small area of mold on the ceiling during our stay, which was concerning and may need attention from the owners.We had everything we needed for our stay and overall enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, after checkout, we experienced a misunderstanding regarding a reported wall damage and a subsequent charge. We’ve filed a claim with VRBO to resolve the issue and are hopeful it will be handled fairly.
