This three-bedroom, two-bathroom newly renovated home sleeps up to 9 people and features all brand new furnishings ensuring a comfortable stay. The main living space includes a large sectional and a 65-inch TV, perfect for movie nights. The entertainment center is stocked with a variety of board games for all ages.

A large game room is located off of the main living space. Here you will find a pool table, Foosball table, Shuffleboard, and Ms. PacMan. A 65 inch TV can offer extra entertainment while playing games. In this room you will also find a washer and dryer along with an iron, ironing board and steamer.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials including a Keurig for a single cup of coffee or a pot for a group. A set of starter K-cups will be provided, so enjoy your first few cups of coffee on us! Kids cups and plates as well as a highchair are also available for any groups with children. A dining space right next to the kitchen has a large table to comfortably seat 8 as well as a kids table for 4 for all of your family meals.

Directly off of the dining room you will enter the screened-in porch, a perfect space for more dining, playing games, or simply relaxing in the evening. Enjoy your coffee here in the morning or craft a fun cocktail in the afternoon with the bar set and charming bar cart. A large storage bin houses pool toys and floats. You can also find yard games such as Giant Jenga, Corn Hole, and Giant Connect Four.

The wrap-around pool is large enough for the whole group to enjoy together. Six sun chairs with umbrellas are perfect for anyone who wishes to relax by the pool with a book. Enjoy an afternoon cook-out with the propane grill and grill utensils. Later you can unwind by the fire pit, situated with 8 adirondack chairs and surrounded by the soft glow of string lights, for a cozy evening outside.

Back inside, the primary suite offers a king bed and a TV. A desk in this room allows you to work remotely as needed. The designated “Get Ready Station” provides a vanity, extra outlets, and an adjustable LED mirror so you can get ready for your day at ease. Directly off of this room is a private bathroom and large closet holding a Pack N Play.

Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed and TV. A luggage rack, basket for laundry, and hangers can be found in each bedroom closet.

Bedroom 3 showcases a full over full bunk bed and a pull-out twin trundle bed. This room has a TV, cube shelf with a variety of toys for little ones, and dressers with extra outlets.

The second bathroom is located across the hall from Bedroom 2. This bathroom holds a large vanity with plenty of counter space and storage as well as a tub/shower combo and a door leading out to the lanai, perfect for use while swimming or hanging out outside.
