Indian Rocks Beach hidden gem 3/2 modern condo 2 minute walk to beach access

No detail was spared in this renovated 3 bed, 2 bath unit. Just steps away from the sandy beaches and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is located on the west side (beach side with no direct view of the beach) of Gulf Blvd and comes with 2 parking spaces. It is nestled between the attractions of Clearwater Beach and John's Pass Boardwalk in Madeira Beach. Enjoy the Gulf breeze from the oversized balcony as the condo is situated on the top floor (third floor - 2 flights of stairs with NO ELEVATOR) of a quaint four unit complex on stilts.

Condo features:
- Open living room and kitchen design
- Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, kuerig, air fryer, crock pot, blender, toaster, mixer and ice maker in freezer. We have thought of everything you could need
- Stainless steel appliances
- Large kitchen island with chairs/stools
- Living Room Seating for 8 people
- Many design details - Shiplap, glass tile back splash, quartz counter-tops, light up faucets, dimmers throughout common areas
- Impact windows and doors keeping it quiet inside
- Full size washer and dryer
- 4 TV's located in common area and each bedroom
- King size bed in master, queen bed with twin trundle in 2nd Bedroom and queen in 3rd
- PVC "wood-look" flooring
- Beach chairs and towels provided
- Security - Receive your own unique code to enter the condo

Many restaurants are within walking distance from the condo such as Kooky Coconut, PJ's, Crabby Bills, Havana Harry's, LuLu's and Slyce Pizza.

There is a $30/night/guest charge for a 7th guest.

Great place, well appointed kitchen. Host had it stocked with good basics to start off. Nice quality linens, comfy pillows and mattresses. Beach wagon and chairs were great! Great seating in LR, kitchen counter and deck made for so much space when my family came for a dinner. The very short walk to the beach was easy for being on the Beachtrail. Easy walk to restaurants and bars both North and South along Gulf Blvd. Great communication with the Jost!

Beautiful condo in a great location. The beach is only a 2 minute walk and the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon are all included. The Kooky Kokonut is right on the corner and their Cuban sandwiches are not to be missed! Also close to many other restaurants including our favorite, Guppies! The owner was very easy to contact! Highly recommend this place!

Great location & beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully updated condo. You can see the water from the balcony between the two homes in front of it. It had everything you we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable too! Great stay!

Easy walk to the beach near the Kooky Coconut

My partner and I loved the easy and pleasant walk to the beach. The Kooky Coconut is on the way and offers really good tacos, craft beers and ice cream. The steps were not a problem for us and we appreciated the nice airy porch and serene and spacious condo. The kitchen was well appointed with good knives and cookware. Everything sparkling clean with quality linens and upgraded amenities and an excellent ice maker for refreshing beverages.we had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. Thanks so much : )

Loved the location of this place. Easy access to beach via walking. Close to things to do in Indian Rock. Place was immaculate when checking in. There were four flights of stairs but our crew was fine with it. Would def stay again. May have been a little too close and convenient to Cooky Coconut for ice cream.

Best neighborhood and the best unit

We have been staying in IRB for years during spring training baseball but this time it was for an NFL game over in Tampa. We wanted to spend the weekend in IRB and help support the local economy after the 2 hurricanes in October. Lovely unit and well thought out decorating. The kitchen is awesome and large. The seating at the center island made mealtimes feel like family, when we didn't walk down the street for dining.

Great Property

Rental was just as described. It was clean and had everything you would need in a home away from home. I was worried about how far the beach access was, but it was just a quick walk away. My kids loved how close it was to the ice cream at Kooky Coconut. Can’t recommend this place enough.
