Welcome to our BEAUTIFUL intercoastal house in Pasadena area manages by BTBR a AriStay company.

Located on a cul-de-sac street just steps away from a private neighborhood kayak, canoe, or paddleboard drop in with a nearby island that takes you right out to Boca Ciega Bay.

The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Great location

The location is excellent. Only 2 miles from Gulfport Beach or St. Pete's Beach. House located on a quiet dead end street walking distance to stores, restaurants, ice cream and the SunRunner stop. Host responded promptly to communication. Nicely decorated house with plenty of space. Outdoor space was enjoyable with the hot tub and seating areas but the landscaping could use some TLC (weeding). You can hear the neighborhood dogs bark while outside but you don't really hear them inside. Inside was clean. There were a few minor things different than the pictures but the space worked out well for us. All appliances worked great and the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again.

Beautiful and clean home in convenient location

Spacious home which nicely accommodated our two families. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook lots of family dinners. We had a few mechanical issues with kitchen appliances during our stay but the property manager was very responsive to work to address the concerns. Great convenient location and awesome backyard hangout area. Bummer the weather didn't cooperate with us to enjoy it more.

Family spring break trip

The house is very nicely decorated & well appointed with most of what you need. We did have to get more toilet paper & liquid soap but most everything else was there, even laundry detergent! The outdoor area was also really nice, & we used the grill once. There is plenty of room with separate spaces to accommodate all. The one negative thing is that there is a dog hotel behind the house, resulting in lots of barking. There is a fence all around the yard so it was safe for kids. All in all very nice place!

Home away from home

The property was perfect for our family of 5. The house was furnished beautifully in cozy coastal decor and the layout of the whole house made so much sense, especially the kitchen. The house was very clean and well lit inside and out. We really felt like we were home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked and items were clean. We were sold when we saw a rice cooker in the kitchen photo! We were in town for a tennis tournament which was about 15 minutes away so the location of the house fit our needs perfectly. If you are looking for a cozy, clean, comfortable, and sunny house with a completely fenced and private back and side yard, we highly recommend this property!

Great property! Clean and conveniently located

Pros: Check in was painless - we received the code for the keypad on the front door shortly before our trip. The property was spotless, with lots of space inside as well as a large back patio area. It's also only a couple of blocks from a Winn Dixie and Walmart Neighborhood Market, a few minutes from a Publix, and a quick drive to St. Pete Beach. The house rules were very reasonable and checkout was super simple (they didn't ask us to clean the property, just to run the dishwasher, take out the trash and put used towels on the floor). Cons: Nothing major...if I had to name one negative about this property it's that the next-door neighbors have several dogs that bark a lot, but you can't usually hear it from inside and they don't seem to do it at night. I don't think it's a big deal unless you're super sensitive to that sort of thing. Highly recommend. This would be a great place for a family with 3-4 kids, two couples with 1-2 kids between them, or one couple that wants space for both to work.

Home Away from Home

Lovely vacation home. Really enjoyed our stay felt like we was home away from home, Thanks. Great communication and very helpful when we had questions with a quick response. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.
