This includes the two car garage with direct access to the private elevator which serves all three floors of the home. You will also enjoy exclusive use of the screened in balcony for sunset views. Beyond the private residence guests have full access to the gated community amenities including the resort style pool, the barbecue area, the Captains Lounge with bar and pool tables, as well as the waterfront marina and scenic walking paths.
