Gulf Coast Luxury Coastal Decor -4 bedrooms

  • 4 min drive to the sugary white sand of Madeira Beach, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. This newly renovated house is gorgeous! 3 cruiser bikes and beach toys are provided! Pinellas bike trail is close. A Big treed back yard for BBQ's, dining or chilling around the fire pit in the evenings. Chair swing & hammock, WiFi, Walk to Publix grocery, and several restaurants. Famous Johns Pass is close, as is Gulf Blvd with its numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream and specialty shops.
    The space
    The house is minutes from the beach, walking distance if you want! There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with dressers and night stands, ceiling fans, 3 bedrooms have desks for those that need to catch up on some work.each guest provided w/two sets of towels. Enjoy the large fenced backyard with wood burning fire pit, Gas BBQ grill, dining tables, hammock, tree chair swing, and ample seating. Shed has 3 bicycles- available for your use, beach toys are provided too. Free wifi, 3 smart TVs ready with fire sticks, so you can connect with your favorite movie platforms. The kitchen is ready for a gourmet cook. breakfast bar seating for four. Plenty of appliances, gadgets, utensils, platters, bowls, dishes etc. Keurig coffee maker and drip. Complementary toiletries, cleaning essentials available, safe neighborhood, grocery and liquor store are a walkable distance. Washer/ dryer available with laundry baskets, hangers and soap provided. The decor is straight out of a magazine, & very appealing. A very through cleaning is done after each guests stay, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
    Guest access
    There is an electric lock on the door, and a code will be given to you the day before check in. The code will work at 4:00 PM the day you check in.
    Other things to note
    Boat may be parked on driveway (Many boat launches near by.) Please no parties, or large gatherings. This is a no smoking home. $250 fine applies. The Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Wood for fire pit is available at nearby grocery store. Guest closet contains extra bedding, vacuum, brooms, first aide kit, etc. For more information, please read the guest book provided for you. There are beach toys, rafts, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even a beach wagon to carry it all, provided.

Great House

Caroline accepted our stay last minute before we came into town because a previous host screwed us. She was really friendly and has a beautiful home. It worked perfect for the 4 of us that stayed. I would definitely stay at one of her places again

Amazing house close to beaches

Overall we had an amazing experience at this house. Very close to Madeira beach and so many more amenities. House was clean and very nicely decorated. So convenient having ice chest, beach wagon and umbrella, sand toys, bikes and so much more available in the shed for use. My family of 6 adults and 2 kids were all very comfortable and didn't want to leave. The host was very accommodating. We would love to stay again!

Fully loaded House

This house had everything, decorated nice and quality! There was enough room in driveway to park our two vehicles. The kitchen had every amenity you could think of. Grill tools, even a tray for grill which you can use for veggies, air fryer, keruig and coffeepot, tupperware, mixing bowls, etc. Very nice appliances and good quality cookware to use for cooking. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of seating. We used the pull out couch for our young kids and would not recommend for an adult to sleep as it slopes, but worked totally fine for them. There were plenty of towels and lots of beach towels as well. There were a couple hoses outside to wash sand off items. The backyard was privacy fenced, nice hammock and several shades to set up to enjoy backyard. There were lots of mosquitos on some nights, but that comes with the territory. There were lots of beach toys and some bikes! She had sand toys, noodles, wave board things, manual air pump, cooler, beach bags, beach umbrella, wagon. Place was very clean, I had to plug in a lamp and feed it under the bed and underneath beds were even clean! Washer and dryer were also great. They also had a pack and play which was amazing not to have to travel with or rent for my family member's child. Previous reviews complained of signs everywhere. There were typed signs in several places, but were very helpful as they labeled utensils/towels/extra sheets/bedding etc. Neighborhood was soo quiet. It is a great spot and I would highly recommend.

Pretty vacation home with room for improvement.

The rental property was very pretty with a beach feel to the home. The beach toys, cart, chairs, bicycles and hammock were wonderful additions. There were, however, some things that made our stay less than satisfactory. Starting off with receiving entry information less than 24 hours before check-in vs receiving it 3 days prior was a level of anxiety I did not need. Thank you for allowing us to check-in an hour or two early. We also extend our apologies for the cooking spoon utensil breaking. Accidents happen and that was an odd one with the salt shaker falling from the above cabinet after opening it and hitting the holder. I was not made aware that there was something wrong with the lock to the front door so imagine my surprise seeing you at the entrance unannounced. Living two doors down from this property I'm sure is very helpful for you. However, for renters we don't want interactions with property owners unless truly needed. Had you sent me a message letting me know the "cleaners" had an issue with the lock I would have given you the assessment that the lock was working fine for us. The overload of signs around the house, WOW !!! A double wow at the signs that warned you'd be charged if the white towels were stained. The modifications you made to the shower heads in both bathrooms that controlled water usage and water pressure was not only disappointing but extremely frustrating. The sign requesting we use a limited amount of toilet tissue due to the iron pipes, coupled with the sign near the thermostat requesting the A/C be turned up to 80 degrees (which means turning it off) every time we left the home, gave us a VACATIONING ON A BUDGET feeling. The two bedrooms on the left side of the house do not have proper doors. They are pretty and decorative but they do not provide privacy and the one across from the bathroom would roll open from time to time. We feel those doors should have been mentioned in your listing along with a proper photo. The dishwasher is extremely LOUD too. The chore list you left blew us away. Requesting us to close the outside umbrellas in the event of ANY rain and putting the trash out by the curb on trash nights made me wonder if I was at home or on vacation. Although the text message from you reminding us to do this was pleasant, it was annoying nonetheless. The day of our departure is when we gathered all the trash and put it in the trash bin. To do it anytime sooner interrupted our vacation.
