Every room inside of this 6th Floor Condo was completely remodeled in 2024, as well as the Massive Gulf Front Lanai. Walk to everything - walk to shopping, dining, and of course the Sandy Beach and Gulf Front Pool & Spa. You can also catch a trolley out front and go explore Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Ideal location within 20 miles of Tampa International and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport.

Crescent Beach Club:
- Luxurious, gated complex with 24-hour security.
- 2 Heated oceanfront pools and spas, tennis/pickleball courts, gulf-front BBQ grills.
- Premier amenities include an elegant formal lobby, club room, billiard room, and fitness center.
- Indoor hot tub that looks out to the beach.

Sand Key is a peaceful paradise two miles south of Clearwater Beach and the famous Pier 60. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to everything ... downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of excellent restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

Lovely hosts and really made trip special for milestone birthday! Place had everything you could need! For light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask as a lot of light comes thru each room. Would definitely stay again and really enjoyed less crowded, adult oriented area of Sand Key and community of CBC.

Wonderful condo

We had a great time at this condo. It was furnished beautifully and well stocked with everything a family would need. Tons of beach supplies, towels and linens provided. The view was amazing and the pool was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, well-stocked condo!

This was the nicest of the many condos we've visited in the area. It was fully stocked with everything needed for our 9-night stay. We only needed to buy food and drinks. For such a big complex we were pleased to find the pool and beach were never crowded. We saw manatees and dolphins throughout our stay. The Sand Key location is convenient to restaurants in both Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach location and cozy condo

We stayed a week and had a great time. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. Great location near shops, restaurants, and othe entertainment. The condo was cozy and the host was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. A great get-away to recharge!

Week in Paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. Place was very clean and came fully equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation. Views of sunsets from balcony were amazing! Can’t beat the location as it’s right on the beach and in a great area for walking. Host Steve was very nice and quickly responded to any questions. Will definitely try and book for next year!
