Resort moderno ed elegante. Questo piccolo edificio (36 unità), tranquillo e privato vanta alcuni dei panorami più straordinari che l'isola può offrire.

- Balcone privato al 5 ° piano per godersi l'alba al tramonto sul glorioso sole della Florida che si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico. Il condominio di lusso è arredato magnificamente.

- Cucina di lusso completa di ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inox.

- Soggiorno ben arredato, con TV a schermo piatto, nuovo divano letto queen size, posti a sedere supplementari, zona pranzo e accesso diretto al balcone ben arredato.

We loved our stay so much. Everything was perfect for the most part. The toilet in the main hallway was running and the water pressure in the shower is a trickle but very hot. The elevator is a problem. It was starting and stopping pretty bad on day1 and I got stuck with a family of 4. The emergency call just made us anxious and after it stalled. We were able to get off on the 6th floor. Unfortunately it was completely out of order the rest of our trip and unloading was a nightmare having to walk down and up 5 flights.

Mi estancia fue maravillosa, todo estaba muy limpio,tienes todo lo que necesitas en el apartamento, la playa esta cerca de la propiedad, el area de la piscina muy tranquila, de verdad no tengo nada negativo que señalar, quedé encantada.

The condo met all of my expectations and more. If you’re looking for direct beach this isn’t the place for you, I didn’t want to spend 300 extra a night, so it was perfect for me and my sisters. We had my great nephew visit a couple times during the day and the pool was perfect for. 5 year old learning to swim. The place is clean very well appointed, and all the furniture was very comfortable. The managers were very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. We cooked in most nights, enjoyed the afternoon storms and just loved family time. Publix is right down the street which was very convenient. The road noise during the day is loud but you couldn’t hear a sound of it inside the condo. Will definitely be staying again.

The condo is very nice, very spacious and it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen was functional. Probably my favorite feature was the balcony facing the ocean, and how close it was to the beach.

WOW…what an awesome accommodation we experienced at Crystal Palms. The space was just as described and exactly what we needed. The ocean view was incredible! We hope to revisit again in the future‼️

Communication was outstanding. Every question was answered immediately. We were allowed to gain acces an hour earlier than expected. Convenient location to beach. Nice pool. Front desk was kind and professional. Well stocked and spacious unit. Floors could use a good scrubbing and mopping. They were a little dirty when we arrived. Balcony needs a good sweeping too. Two elevators in building but one was out of service during our entire stay. Other than that, I will definitely return. Thanks.

Everything was great. The floors could’ve been cleaner. The only problem we had was the elevator broke down and we had to go up and down five flights of stairs for 2 1/2 days which was difficult for us.

This is a comfortable and clean condo in a great location. The balcony is perfect for coffee, breakfast and sunsets. The nearby grocery store is a plus. We took full advantage of nearby attractions, including a dolphin/sunset cruise, the Dali museum, and chartering a fishing boat and guide. We walked the beach daily. We were very happy with the condo. The property manager was very responsive when we asked for a few extra supplies. Thank you!

The property was as advertised and a very nice place to stay, close to the beach and nice beach trail walkway which we enjoyed. The view from the balcony for the beautiful sunsets was great! The pool was heated and pretty, but I did not use it. I did give the general manager some suggestions for a few things that would help with safety and handicapped people in the showers. The only problem we had which I told the general manager of this property about were several nights of noises above us. That property was managed by someone else. The people finally left. The ceiling above us and walls in the bathroom when there was a toilet running all night above us are thin! Otherwise, everything seemed as promised and contacting the general manager was easy with good response times. Thank you!

The property was very clean and as described in the listing. It is close to the beach, but still quite a walk to the water with small children since the beach in that area is so wide. Would highly recommend having some form of wagon to use (or maybe the property owner investing in one to keep there). The pool was great and definitely warm enough. Loved that there is a washer & dryer to use. The only negatives we had were in terms of safety for littles. There didn’t seem to be any anchoring of large furniture and there wasn’t a functioning lock on the living room balcony door (unless we missed that somehow). The area seems very safe and the beach is extremely clean. Just not a ton of activities to do within walking distance for small children (not anything to do with the property listing, just adding for those researching options).

Second time in #506 at this property. Everything was perfect. Only problem is both times we could not figure out how to turn on the TV in the living room just to watch the news or local weather. One remote was for the DVD. The other remote was supposed to be for the TV but was more designed for streaming to do many different options like cable and several streaming services. The TV remote in master worked fine. A more user friendly simpler remote would make a big difference trying to turn on the news in the morning with my coffee.
