HOT TOB HEATED POOL HOUSE, MINUTES FROM CLEARWATER BEACH

Completely renovated home with all brand new beds, furniture, and appliances! This home is upscale chic featuring a HOT TUB private pool, modern living space, a unique his and hers shower in the master bedroom and is conveniently located just 9 minutes to the famous Clearwater Beach!
The space
House is equipped to fit 8 people.
Master bedroom 1: King bed, full bathroom
Bedroom 2: king Bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds

Please note:
- Any bookings until April 1 WE charge heated pool fee 30$ per night (if the guest chooses to have the pool heated).
-Pets welcome for additional fees (please clean after your pets)
-No loud noise past 10PM!! (Please be respectful of neighbors)
-For everyone’s safety, only confirmed guests allowed
-No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, no diving on pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult. -The home is privately owned: Host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illness to any guest that arises while on premises

We needed a quick getaway from the daily grind after the Christmas holiday. Our stay could not have been any better.Nik is the nicest most responsive host we've ever had. We have rented numerous vacation homes throughout the years and this one is at the top of our list.I always read through every single review before renting and I am myself a top reviewer. If the space fits your needs then please don't hesitate to book this house. You will not be disappointed about anything concerning the comfort, space, cleanliness and overall Ambiance of this home. The best host

Listen up people. If you looking for a nice home that have everything and close to the beach…..Well stop scrolling you just found it .I promise you will not be disappointed .I booked this Home the last minute for (2) night and end up adding the 3rd night. my wife and I and I have two kids..The house is 12 mn from the beach.. sometimes the bridge have a little bit of traffic so check the GPS before heading there.Now this house is very clean the beds are very comfortable, showers… ohh you will love them specially the one in the master bedroom ,is so big you can play catch upwith the wife or the girlfriend .The Kitchen is fully equipped .publix grocery store is three minutes away .Albi is 5mn Walmart 7mn If you like to eat out there is plenty restaurants around or you could drive to the island either way it’s close to everything.The pool and the hot tub was a big for us .Very clean and just perfect after the kids went to sleep lol really I you tHave nothing bad to say about this place But you need to know a very important thing Let me introduce you to the host. His name is Nik Nick was overseas ,like 6 hours difference overseas if you know what I mean .But this guy never stopped responding to my messages, and believe me with my OCD I had to ask a lot of questions. Any other individual will tell me to go fish somewhere else. But Nik was very patient and professional from A-to-Z .Nik “you good you , you very good “ Lol I wanted to thank again.I

Beautiful home in Clearwater with heated in ground pool.

The home is beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the heated in ground pool. Nice yard for your furry pets to run around. This home will not disappoint if you are headed to Clearwater.

Great house, Great Host

The house is well kept and clean. The heated pool is amazing! The host Nik, communicates well with his guests. He responds and takes care of any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend staying at this property.

Best place to stay

We came from Miami and as someone who was born in Saint Petersburg this house was great. Quiet and nice neighborhood, near lots of food and highways. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious, definitely met my expectations.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Nik was very quick to respond and communicative throughout the process. Home was clean orderly. So nice to have the pool for a swim. Close to restaurants and close to beach. We would recommend a stay at the property 👌

Beautiful home but several issues

The home was beautiful but did have several issues for example the sink is the kitchen handle would fall off and spray water everywhere. The pool was very cold. I did reach out to the owner to turn the heat up but no reply. The owner did let us check in a hour early but when we arrived to the property we were unable to access the home because he sent the wrong door code. We spent 45 minutes trying to get in contact with him for the correct code. The worst part was the fact we only spent 3 days and 1 day was a day we were going to spend at the home cooking and utilizing the pool. As soon as our day was getting started 2 pool men showed up unannounced pouring chemicals in the pool and told us we could not get in the pool for minimum of 3 hours. Ruined a entire day.
