Luminoso e arioso con balcone privato fuori dal soggiorno e camera matrimoniale con vista sul Golfo e sulla piscina. TV via cavo a colori in soggiorno e in tutte le camere. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in condominio. Parcheggio coperto assegnato. Internet ad alta velocità. Il proprietario richiede di non fumare. Minimo 7 notti tutto l'anno.

Family vacation

Very relaxed vacation, check in process was very smooth, accommodations were very clean. Location was amazing for both me and my boys, literally steps from the beach. The sunsets will forever be engraved in our memories!

Great week away

We enjoyed our stay at Hamilton House. The view was amazing! The location was perfect to walk to some local restaurants and ice cream places. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Excellent property in a great location with a beach view. Very well maintained unit. Had everything we needed. JC Resort staff very friendly and helpful. Were there for 3 weeks and loved our stay.

Welcome To Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect in every way. Beautiful view of the beach with lush tropical greenery. Very roomy and clean condo. About the only thing you will need to bring is toilet paper and paper towels. And any food you want to eat while there. They even supply beach chairs/beach towels/beach toys. I can't imagine needing anything else. And yes, it does have a blender in the fully stocked and well organized kitchen. All you have to do is enjoy some peace.

Overall it’s a great Condo to stay in and would for sure stay there again. The one issue we had with the shower was worked on and the staff kept us in the loop with the updates and completely fixed the problem. Thank you for your attentiveness to your guests!

Nice place

Everything was mostly good. The ice maker didn’t work and one of the toilets ran all the time. Being a maintenance man by trade, I fixed both myself instead of waiting on someone to come fix them.

Lacking

Stayed here two years ago and had a great experience. This time was not as great. We got in at 9 PM and there was no toilet paper or garbage bags or anything in the place. We had to go out at 9 o’clock to the party store to buy toilet paper There was no outside umbrella, which we had to go purchase as well along with paper towels, soap and everything else we needed. We were told we had to wash towels before we left, but there was no detergent so we had to complain to get that, but we also had already purchased that as well. The locks to the gates going to the beach and the bathrooms outside do not work well. The woman’s bathroom would never unlock. The people below us were smokers so we were not able to utilize our balcony the entire week. The unit itself is very nice, but our sheets had sand in them the first night and we had to get new sheets from the management company. After many complaints we were told we would be credited a small portion of our stay. They never did give us the credit and it had to be disputed with our credit card. Definitely will not be going back to the Hamilton house due to JC management and will not recommend.
