Moderno e molto accogliente appartamento con una camera da letto, pulito, silenzioso e confortevole, bei mobili e complementi.
Comodo e grande spazio cucina e bagno, un letto king size, cabina armadio, un divano letto nel soggiorno, situato sulla bella comunità. Balcone con sedie e salotto per farti gustare un caffè mattutino nella fresca brezza della Florida. Tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa e tutte le attrezzature da spiaggia. TV in soggiorno e camera da letto.
3 miglia da Clearwater Beach e Downtown; 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Tampa. Cavo. Wifi gratis.
Ci sono anche 3 biciclette che gli ospiti possono usare.

Perfectly relaxing

Our week was exactly what we all needed: a relaxing getaway from life! Not too expensive to have to worry about paying for it for years, either! The apt was located close enough to everything we wanted to do but far enough away to not have to worry about masses of people and traffic. Equipped with everything we needed and I absolutely LOVED to porch. It felt like I was on a treehouse!

Quiet Getaway!

We really enjoyed our time in this cute and comfy condo. The area is close to everything you need and the pool area was so lovely and relaxing. We definitely would book this place again.

Clean, quiet condominium

Marta's place is clean, a short drive away from Clearwater Beach and well-supplied with conveniences for the beach and condo. The property is quiet and secure. Would stay again.

Difficult to access and find

No elevator to access the 3rd floor apartment. We did not see this in the description .The building was hard to find as you had to wind around several times to find unit building . The slider to balcony was hard to open and beat up. The towels were few and thin and had to be washed daily. Did not have a lot of amenities.,Will not stay here again.

Great location, 3.5 miles from Clearwater Beach. The condo was very clean and well kept. The owner is very easy to deal with and quick to address any needs we had. Excellent amenities in a nice gated community.

Much needed getaway

My husband and I were in town for a wedding, but padded our stay on either side with a few great days of relaxing vacation fun. Sand key beach and honeymoon island were favorites and the beach amenities available to use on the property were a lifesaver. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Came to Florida to do college visits with our daughter and this place was perfect! Enough space for the 3 of us! Perfect location with attractions and stores in a short distance! Easy check in and check out! Would definitely recommend this place and will for sure be staying again!

Perfect place!

My partner and I needed a little getaway just him and I. We stayed for 5 days! We absolutely loved it. It felt very home-y and cozy. We are hoping to go and stay here again! About a 10 min drive to Clearwater beach and 25 mins from Tampa. Very quiet. It was perfect for us!

Great Condo in Clearwater

Marta's condo was just as described. It was very nicely appointed, with a comfy king sized bed, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and huge walk-in closet. The living room/dining kitchen area were all very comfortable, as was the little outside lanai. I loved that we had bikes to use, but beware, because friends had locked bikes stolen elsewhere on this property. We loved the gym, and I used it almost every day! It gets very little use, so it was almost like having a private gym! My issues were not with the condo at all, other than I felt all of the counters and bedroom carpet could use updating (the counters are very porous, so hard to keep clean). I had some concerns about the complex and the location, however. The location of the development was convenient with a car, but I like to walk places, and there was nowhere to walk to other than grocery stores, a couple of decent restaurants (shout out to Abe's and Sarah's), auto parts stores and strip malls. There were some small neighborhood behind the development, but if you want to walk into town, it's not a nice walk. Also, the waterfront is undergoing re-development, so there is NO waterfront access from the town of Clearwater. Construction guys told me it will be very nice in 2-3 years, with lots of water access! Currently you have to cross the bridge to Clearwater Beach for any water access. The pool area is too small for the 200 units, at least in February and March. Most days you couldn't get a chair unless you got there really early and claimed a space; and the pool was very crowded. I loved my daily pool time despite this, and made some lovely pool friends while we were there. You are allowed to float on pool floats, and I LOVED that! If you think you're going to use the grill a lot, think again. There is one charcoal grill for the entire complex, and it's the type you'd see in a state park. Not very user friendly, so it was hardly ever used by anyone. We used it a couple of times during our 6 week stay, and we would normally grill daily. I gave this condo a 5* review because of the condo itself. But if you take the development and neighborhood into consideration, it would be 4*.
