“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“I enjoyed the stay overall and since we were there to spend little time in the hotel, and on a budget, it fit the needs of our trip. The hotel room was not well cleaned, specifically the bathroom. There was hard water stains on every chrome surface, toliet paper holder falling out the wall from years of usage, flush was very loud and would wake any family member sleeping.
