“Staff were excellent, helped with issues straight away. Unfortunately, the door to our room wouldn't open, so we were moved to an equally nice room, very clean. The fridge in the room did make a loud noise all night which was a shame, and the area was a little suspect, with people hanging out in the carpark, but only there for 1 night for an event near by. ”

“One word to describe the PostCard Inn is “charming”. The location is convenient. The beach is clean and beautiful. I felt safe walking around at night . The beds are comfortable. I did take away one star for the water pressure in the hotel and the false advertising of cookies being available in the lobby. Anytime I asked if there were any cookies available I was told they make 20 of them and they’re typically gone as soon as they put them out. ”

Storico ma camere piccole e servizio assente
"Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.. al ristorante il servizio è stato pessimo. Abbiamo chiesto un espresso e ci hanno dato il caffè americano dicendo che era espresso. Piscina piena di gente tutta ammassata e zero silenzio. In spiaggia non si potevano aprire gli ombrelloni e ci siamo scottati. L'unico servizio ottimo era il concierge. Heidi è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Per il resto, non ci tornerei. "
