Beautifully UPDATED it boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, Oasis around the POOL, Smart TV, cozy backyard, covered area for outdoor dining. Very quiet neighborhood. All this is in Redington and Indian Rock beach area! This home has beautiful furniture, professional Italian design and tropical landscaping. Decor, new luxury vinyl flooring, lights and all that this place has to offer are for your comfort.

Beautiful family home with plenty of room

Overall the place was wonderful, and in a great neighborhood. Only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is we like to have TVs in the bedrooms and there was none except in the living room. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

A great placevto make lasting memories.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Italian house. We made plenty of lasting memories! The kids especially LOVED the pool and nearby parks. I loved that it was so close to everything, especially the beachs.

Wonderful Stay

Home was just as advertised. Very short drive to the beach. It has everything you need including a washer dryer and potable chairs for beach visit. Beds were comfortable and home was clean with great options for parking more than one car. Easy and fast communication with owner. Heating of pool is extra, but worth it.We had a great stay!

Beautiful house

House was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. Could use some more kitchen utensils, ie steak knives, oven mitts, small things, but over all excellent. I’d did storm fairly heavily and had some debris in the pool halfway into our stay and owner was out the next day to vacuum it up!

Great Home, Great Experience

We stayed here for a holiday weekend with family. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was perfect and it was so close to the beach. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative about the property. They even came and dropped off a new cooler for us to be able to take to the beach!

Good

We spent 5 days at this house for spring break. We enjoyed how close of a drive this house was to the beach, it took about 15 minutes. This house has no smoke detectors which is very alarming. We brought this to the attention of the host and was told that was a fair assessment and they would work on it. I really can’t believe that VRBO is okay with this. The cleanliness of the house was good. The kitchen only had one rusty pan to use and also only one hand towel. The bedrooms have no TVs and are in desperate need of new mattresses. There are only 8 towels provided and 5 washcloths for a house that sleeps 7. Nice pool but not screened and not worth the money to heat it. We pay extra 30 a day to heat but it never got warm. We checked in 1st day and pool was filthy. Host said they didn’t have time to clean it. After check out the host reached out and said they would be giving us a 5 star rating and ask us not to address any concerns on VRBO site. The day after was followed up with the same request. It doesn’t seem fair or right to ask this of a guest. Host also offered a link to book house and others in future so we would not have to pay VRBO fees but I would not rent from them again. If you are offering a vacation home it should be stock and everything should be ready for renters.

Nice house close to beach.

The house is everything you would expect based on the listing. It was very clean, all of the rooms were nice, the back yard had plenty of seating and a big table. We spent a lot of time in and by the pool. The host was very responsive to questions and friendly. It was a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept.

Beautiful Home Away from Home

We live in an apartment locally, and had family coming to town for the holidays. We thought it would be easier and more fun to find a house to rent so everyone could be together. This was the perfect find! There was plenty of space and lovely decor. The pool and patio were also gorgeous! Our host was very responsive to questions and she went above and beyond and set up a Christmas tree for us. It really made the holiday special. Highly recommend staying here. It only took a few minutes to get to the grocery store and the beach!

Florida Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed staying here with our adult sons and daughter-in-laws. It was a perfect house for the 6 of us. The pool was so nice to relax at after our morning Pickleball workouts. The neighborhood was very quiet & located near many stores, restaurants & the beach. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for an enjoyable stay with our family.
