Welcome to your perfect beachside retreat!! This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers modern comfort just steps from the pristine sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Guest will park in the driveway where the address is on the building. They will access the home using the stairs to get to the unit on the second level. You will enter the code given in check-in instructions to access the key in the lock box next to the main door. Once inside you`ll have access to the entire home.

This property is a duplex, not a stand alone home as implied. There is only one allotted parking space a the owner is likely renting out the other parking space which is highly inconvenient. The middle of the home is sinking at the foundation level, and causing walls to separate from the ceilings and doors to jamb. One bathrooms shower door fell off its track, the back bathroom sink was clogged, and the railings on the front upper deck are loose / falling off. The beds are cheap and small (4 twins in the back bedroom and one cheap queen in the front bedroom. THe front (main) bedroom has no attached bath. While the location is convenient, and the unit has been updated inside, you can find better accommodations for the same price in the area.

The location was great! The hosts were very accommodating!!! They were super fast to respond to our inquiries. And very informative! If i could give a 4.5 I would! The house was adorable and we felt extremely comfortable and safe there. The deck could use a little work and there was cracks in the ceiling in the living room that took away from the rest of the of the house. I 10/10 would stay there again. Quick walk to the beach made this place perfect for our little vacation.
