With marina and Intracoastal water views from your private balcony and easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and activities, this condo offers the ideal mix of relaxation and convenience for your beach getaway.
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, the condo is bright, comfortable, and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Guests enjoy free garage parking for one vehicle, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
The condo opens into a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, along with bar seating for two. The open living and dining area features seating for four at the dining table, a comfortable sofa sleeper, two chairs, and a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and marina, where you can enjoy morning coffee while watching boats pass by.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with marina views and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The shower room can be closed off for privacy, while the toilet area also has hallway access for guests. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes twin bunk beds, making the layout ideal for families or groups. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
To make beach days easy, the condo includes beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a beach wagon. Guests also have access to the resort’s heated pool and hot tub, and a small fitness room located in the adjacent building.
The beach is located directly across the street with a marked crosswalk just outside the building, and John’s Pass Boardwalk is just steps away with waterfront restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, local boutiques, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, and sunset cruises.
Please note that one parking pass is provided for one standard passenger vehicle only due to HOA regulations. The condo accommodates up to 8 guests total, and parties or gatherings are not permitted as this is a quiet resort community. Linens and bath towels are provided along with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels; guests may wish to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie(s) 1 max please and there is a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee.
