Located on the 3rd floor of the new resort building with elevator access and free garage parking for 1 vehicle. We provide all of your beach essentials, high speed Wi-Fi and in unit washer and dryer.

The condo opens into a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will need for cooking. There you will also find a washer/dryer laundry closet. The open concept kitchen has bar seating for 2 and a dining table for 4 in the living area.
The great room is equipped with a pullout sofa bed, 2 comfy chairs, as well as a nice sized Smart TV.
Off of the great room are sliders to your private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Marina.
Enter into the master King Suite bedroom with a marina view and a large ensuite bathroom walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are accessed via the living area, equipped with twin bunk beds, dresser and small closet. The third bedroom is a Queen Suite with dresser and closet. Each bedroom has a door with access to the guest bathroom featuring a large shower/tub combo.
We are dog friendly (2 maximum) and there is a one time pet fee of $150. If you wish to bring your bestie(s), please message us about your pup(s) - size, temperament, etc. Are they well trained, house broken, non excessive barkers and well behaved? Once approved, we ask that you list a pet when booking your reservation.
Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. You are also walking distance from the John`s Pass Boardwalk, which has tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. It is a great spot for water activities and there are tons of rentals in the area from boat slips to jet skis and charters.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.
Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.
No Parties! No Gatherings!
No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.
No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.
Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
