Johns Pass "Studio 2" Fisherman's Cove and Cottages

Studio 2 - Newley Renovated Studio. No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Television, Quality Oversized Leather reclining love seat, Dream Cloud Premier Rest 16" Hybrid Queen bed, full kitchen. Very comfortable for 2. If you have a larger family Studio 2 and 1 can be rented together and have an adjoining door to accommodate 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd. in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, water sports, tiki boat tours, bars and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit under the bed. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

Amazing little place on the water. Everything you need in one room. Within walking distance of everything in St. John’s pass! Main Street shops just across the road and short walk to Bamboos for live music everyday! Vicky is very responsive and very welcoming. Property is very well kept with plenty of patio chairs and tables by the water to enjoy your coffee and hopefully spot some dolphins. Would definitely come back here!

Sister had wedding & this place definitely was the best place to stay at. Boardwalk is 4 minutes. Beach is 5 minutes. Beautiful scenery at the hotel!

Everything was as advertised with this property. It was clean. The furnishings were very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided in advance and Vicki was great with communicating throughout my stay. The only downside I found was the early morning noise relating to the shops located across the street. The trash service came through at 6am to empty dumpsters on two days of my stay. It was a slight annoyance, but I would happily stay here again despite that one drawback. The location was really good to access the shops, restaurants, docks and the public beach.

The property was exactly as listed! We enjoyed our stay. The studio is very close to shopping, bars and restaurants. Not too far the beach! Vicky was kind and super helpful. We had a nice surprise upon check-in. She had a little something for us as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary!

Perfect studio, great location!

This studio is a perfect spot for one or 2! Brand new with all the special touches —- beach chairs, quality towels and bedding, comfy mattress, recliners for movie night, bedside chargers for phones and devices, high speed ceiling fan in the bathroom to dry out your swimsuit after a day at the beach, and more! I would start my day with coffee on the back patio overlooking the bay and saw dolphins and pelicans. Safe and speedy 5 minute walk to the beach for sunbathing or sunsets. And so convenient to be near restaurants and ice cream at John’s Pass. Our unit was quiet, the yard has lovely palms, and best of all it was IMMACULATELY CLEAN! We will be back or maybe rent multiple studios in this building so our whole family can come together. Definitely a FIVE STAR STAY!!!

John’s pass stay.

The room was clean, as was the property. However it was located behind an entire block of businesses. Who all had their dumpsters emptied bright and early on Saturday morning! Could have definitely done without the noise and smell! We are locals we will choose a different location next time.

Amazing views and relaxing atmosphere

Communication with the host, Vicky, is amazing. The condo is exactly as described. (If not better!) If you are a first timer to this location, you will love it and want to book again. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass, the beach, live music, boat tours, shopping, and plenty of food places. You can’t beat the view. From time to time there will be up to four charter fishing boats in the water right outside your door. It’s fun to watch them get ready to go out and return from a trip. I have battled skin cancer for over 20 years, and I love that there is an umbrella provided with the table and chairs for shelter. The outdoor space is a shared space with other renters in the other condos, I met some good people. Dolphins came by to visit at sunrise every morning. I saw a momma and her baby. Then in the evening, a couple of manatees swam by. The Egrets and the seagulls are frequent visitors. I named one George. He has been visiting for a while now. If you are thinking about booking- do it. You will be happy you did. I can’t say enough about this place. I absolutely love it.

Very quiet and walkable

This was exactly what we were looking for. We don't like having to rent a car or rely on rideshares while travelling, so it was great to be able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The space was clean and well organized. We enjoyed using the back patio to look out at the water. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Madeira Beach!

Amazing time.

My husband and I came to John’s Pass for our baby moon and we had the most amazing time. Vicky was an awesome host and had several recommendations for things to eat and see around the area. The property was very cute, safe, and clean. It is also just minutes from the beach. We will be coming back here at our next visit.
