Key West Style Apartment - with pool/hot-tub

This apartment features a queen bed, free wifi, a private bathroom, a mini fridge as well as a freezer.

Unwind in the beautiful city of Dunedin. From the property, it is a 5 minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars and other activities. We're a 15 minute drive away from one of the most beautiful beaches: Clearwater Beach. We welcome you to enjoy the pool and hot-tub. We offer free-parking on site. I enjoyed my stay and the room was clean and functional. The internet was spotty so not great if you want to watch tv before bed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Only a few blocks walk from downtown Dunedin. We brought our bikes with us as the bike trail is right next to the property. The property is very clean, the check in process and communication with property management is perfect. Waters, coffee and snacks are available in the common building. Highly recommend this property for a great visit to Dunedin.

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. I didn’t realize it would be a room in the house and not the bungalow so the instructions were slightly confusing. The walls were a little thin so we heard our neighbors really well when the talked. However, the unit was very clean, close to downtown and easy to access. I would stay here again for a short time.

Everything was wonderful until I got back to my room and the temperature was 83 and I could not get it to cool down. After contacting the property manager, they moved me to a cottage which was a wonderful experience. I would come back to this resort as long as I could stay in one of the cottages. Thank you for having me

The location was centrally located to all the sights and restaurants! The room was very clean and we very much enjoyed spending a little time in the hot tub at the end of each night. Bed was super comfortable!

The ac was set at 63 upon our arrival. Room temp was 67. We had to turn ac off and open windows to warm up. When the room reached 72, we tried to set thermostat to 73. We woke up in the middle of the night as thermostat reverted to 63. It was freezing again. This time we turned ac off completely. Awoke again and it was too warm. Not acceptable conditions.

Just a quick three day stay. Loved that the cottage/room was within walking distance to town and all the restaurants and shopping. It was a cute place to stay. Everything we wanted/needed was there. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Dunedin. The facility was clean, nice, and had all the essentials. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the location was so convenient to Main Street and all the cool shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend these accommodations.
