Great stay great price

Very comfortable condo with easy access to beaches and downtown dunnedian, great food and shopping around the corner. Quick drive to honeymoon island which is beautiful at a great price.There were chairs, beach towels, sun umbrella, and soft side cooler for you day trios.

Just right for a weekend stay

The property was conveniently located but did have some traffic/siren noise. A sound machine was provided, which was great! Very clean. Responsive host. Plenty of towels, kitchen tools, etc. Just right for our quick stay near honeymoon island!

We enjoyed our stay! We found the accommodations cozy. It is nicely decorated. The signs are a nice touch. We enjoyed the porch. The condo is in a good location. We enjoyed the bike/walking trail, downtown Dunedin, Clearwater beach and Honeymoon Island. we were very thankful for the parking, beach chairs, cooler bag, soap and laundry detergent. The kitchen was very helpful. The outlet to the right of the sink doesn’t work.we couldn’t use the direct tv in the bedroom. The four o’clock check in was a challenge. We were dressed warmly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Overall the rental was ok. But it could use improvements. The hot water ran out quickly. We also found pieces of glass on the rug in the living room when we arrived. The location is a bit noisy off of a main road

Clean place close to beach

Had a great time. Loved the closeness to beach and Publix. My first time staying in Dunedin where I had access to a kitchen so I could cook. Location was nice. Place was clean.

Florida getaway

Tis property was excellent. When I first got there, I thought it might have had a smoky smell but it just needed to be aired out. The amenities were great, especially the bed which was extremely comfortable. Because I have a little trouble with mobility, I wished you had a railing on a high step up to the front door. I would recommend that you have a suitcase rack and a non slip mat for the tub. Also instructions for the washer dryer which were a little complicated for me. The apt was very clean , quiet and spacious.

Snowbird Wonderland

We spent 8 weeks at this location, it is a great location close to the Pinellas bike trail and to most desirable locations in Dunedin / Palm Harbor. The unit is ample size for 2 people and has a lot of beach amenities (chairs, beach bag, umbrella and others). The owners were very responsive and easy to contact; we had a couple of issues as we arrived, the response was quick and solved the issues. The unit was well equipped with kitchen and cleaning supplies. The washer and dish washer had starter kits of soap as well. Overall we were pleased with this unit.

Comfortable stay

This apartment is part of a small complex in Dunedin, right near the Causeway Bridge over to Honeymoon State Park. The accommodations were comfortable for two. Great bathroom and water pressure! Well appointed kitchen. There is a patio off of the bedroom that was nice for breakfast each morning. TV selection great and wi-fi great. There are beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the unit for use. Nice washer and dryer, and the a/c worked great. The only drawbacks to the property that we experienced were: (1) there is noise from the road outside. By the second night we adjusted to this, but if this is an issue for you, it will be an issue; (2) the shades in the bedroom are not "black out", and so light will stream in at the break of day; and (3) the mattress is okay by vrbo standards - not great. Overall, we would come back to this property. It was comfortable.

Great stay while visiting family in the area. Right across the street from the bike path which was great! Close to Honeymoon Island where we saw tortoises, great horned owls and more. Clean and highly recommended.

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the photos are very accurate. It is also very close to Honeymoon Island! The only negative I had was you can hear every step somebody takes in the unit above.

Good location, but has some issues

I'm a frequent business traveler and have family in this area to level-set the review. Granted this was a last minute selection so would not have been my first choice. Starting with the good: newly remodeled with nice appliances and well furnished, great proximity to beach, trail, and generally centrally located for the area. The bad: I read another review about the footsteps upstairs, and found that vastly underestimated. It sounded like people were moving furniture and you hear all the stomping like they're in the same room. Even the snoring from upstairs. We used the bathroom fan and ear plugs, but light sleepers beware. You will also hear traffic from Bayshore/A-19. We reported malfunction in coffee pot, talked to agency who said they would bring a new one and never did. Hope this helps others with selection.

Great location, clean, convenient

Great location right next to Pinellas Trail and very close to restaurant and shops in Dunedin. Short bike ride to honeymoon Island. Condo is updated and well appointed. Perfect for the two of us. Would definitely stay here again!
