**Please note that due to damage from the recent hurricanes, this property temporarily has no access to the onsite amenities; Pools, hot tub/spa, jacuzzi, cabanas, lounge tables, tiki hut, private pier, or BBQ facilities. Elevators are working but may experience intermittent outages. There may be some noise onsite while restoration work is ongoing. At this time, we do not have a guaranteed timeline for these repairs to be complete. Please reach out with any questions. Rates lowered!**

This luxurious 2300 square feet beach front condo at the La Contessa Condo Resort on Redington Beach has been beautifully updated and tastefully decorated. Ceramic tile flooring throughout the large living room, dining area, kitchen and the hallway. The amazing fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and updated appliances. The open floor plan let’s you enjoy a breathtaking view on to the Gulf of Mexico from the second you walk in. The living room has very comfy furniture and a large flat screen TV. The large master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk in closet, a large flat screen TV and an amazing master bath. Both, living- and master bedroom have access to the large beach front balcony. Comfortable furniture and a seating area on the balcony let you enjoy the famous Florida sunsets! The master bathroom is equipped with a garden tub, spacious shower and double sinks. The second bedroom features another king sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of comfortable bunk beds. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. Another great feature of your rental is a cabana with pool/beach toys, a refrigerator and a wet bar. More amenities include private elevators and garage parking, two heated pools, hot tub/spa, jacuzzi, cabanas, lounge tables, tiki hut, a 250 feet private pier, and a BBQ facility.

La Contessa is a luxury Condo Resort on Redington Beach, Florida. This amazing Resort is in a tranquil beachfront setting within a short distance to shops, restaurants, stores, activities and sightseeing. The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!

Beautiful property, inside and out well maintained very secure

We had a situation with water first a few weeks there once a week discovered that the water softener hose had broke and every time it regenerated it flooded the place which we had to clean up it was a bit of an imposition and having the water restoration company with big machines didn’t add to the Although other than that, the properties, beautiful, secure and well-maintained
