  • L'arredamento di questo rinnovato condominio fronte mare con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è tradizionale e confortevole. Tutti moquette è stata sostituita da splendidi pavimenti in piastrelle. La cucina è stata aggiornata ed è completamente attrezzata. Il balcone privato si affaccia sulla spiaggia e il Golfo del Messico. Hai miglia di spiaggia di sabbia bianca da esplorare. Wifi gratis. Land's End è una gated community situata nel famoso quartiere di Sunset Beach. L'edificio n. 10 si trova proprio accanto alla grande piscina e alla vasca idromassaggio in loco.

    Land’s End si trova su Treasure Island alla fine di una penisola ed è circondato su 3 lati da acqua; la via navigabile Intracoastal a est, un passaggio a sud e il Golfo del Messico a ovest. Questa community è ricca di servizi per far divertire chiunque! Grande piscina riscaldata, 2 vasche idromassaggio, campo da pallavolo sulla sabbia, campi da tennis e pickleball, griglie a carbone e area gazebo per le vostre serate all'aperto, una passerella che avvolge la comunità per i vostri esercizi mattutini, shuffle board, accesso diretto alla spiaggia e tutto all'interno questa bellissima comunità paesaggistica. Land’s End si trova a circa 5 miglia a sud del John's Pass Village sulla spiaggia di Madeira, piena di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di andare sulle montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a solo un'ora di auto o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in 2 ore. L'acquario della Florida a Tampa, l'acquario di Clearwater (casa dell'inverno il delfino), l'Hard Rock Casino, i bellissimi parchi statali e le miglia di spiagge sono solo alcuni dei motivi per visitare le nostre spiagge della Contea di Pinellas !!! Perfect for a few weeks at the beach.

Firstly, the bed was the most comfortable ever. The view from the kitchen looks through the condo and out over the Gulf. I appreciated the periodic text communication from the property manager with useful and timely info. We look forward to return.

Treasure Island/Lands End

Lands End is a beautiful, gated community… well manicured landscaping, great pool, nice beach. The condo was beautiful but not ready at check in time. Housekeeping was running late and that was ok. The problem was they didn’t sweep/vacuum the floors. And the rest of the condo looked like it had been cleaned very superficially. I notified management and said if the unit had a vacuum I would have done it. Instead of apologizing and sending someone over to complete their work they brought me a vacuum! I’m just disappointed in how it was handled. We didn’t spend a lot of money on a condo to have to finish cleaning it. We didn’t let this cast a shadow on our stay. We really liked Treasure Island and area. We’ve traveled a lot and rented many condos and have never encountered this situation before. We usually never complain about anything. Not sure we could recommend or use Resort Rental again.

Love Lands End

This is the second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Quiet out on the south end of Treasure Island. Just the way I like it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Land's End multiple times. Some of the condos need updating so make sure you see pictures before renting. Our condo this year was fantastic! I was disappointed that the only basic necessity provided was 2 rolls of toliet paper (2 bedroom) and a roll of paper towels. Everything else, including trash bags, we had to buy. Pretty minor flaw. Our overall experience was fantastic. The building and condo we rented was very clean, very well maintained, and Resort Rentals were extremely professional and friendly.

It is a beautiful beach and resort property, family friendly, quiet, peaceful, location, yet close to everything. Bldg. 10 is beside the pool which is so convenient. Tile floors in the unit are a bonus for people with allergies. The bed in master is super comfy. Second bedroom needs new pillows and light from outside walkway shines through blinds. Did not appear to have a pull-out bed in living room. Need hooks or more racks to hang towels in bathrooms. Overall a bright, well-maintained unit with beautiful view! Resort Rental staff is marvelous to deal with!

Our only criticism would be the floors were quite dirty and the sheets on the beds were uncomfortable. Once we washed them and remade the beds it was much better.A few things were missing from the kitchen (utensils) but we made it work.A cutting board would be a nice addition though.We would stay there again however...!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, especially on the gulf side a couple of noisy bars on the channel side.We stopped in the office to check in about a possible early check in. We were told they would call our cell when ready. We received the call at 3pm. We went to the office for the keys and info. We arrived at the rental around 3:30. The service was surprised to see us, she did not speak or understand English. We returned a 4:30...service person was done and gone.Overall the rental was not updated as were told at booking. The furniture is very worn and some not so comfortable.Kitchen wasn’t sufficiently stocked with accessories and no dish washing detergent. It appeared that the kitchen items had been washed with out any auto dish washing detergent. We purchased auto dish soap and ran a load thru the dishwasher. Information about this specific rental would be appreciated. 3-ring binder? ie: locating the lint trap in the dryer. Setting the thermostat for a/c-heat, suggested restaurants in the area, rental equipment and location etc.The TV in the living room needs to be adjusted. The picture is larger then the screen and doesn’t fit. We learned to wear our sandals while in the rental. The bottom of your feet were black from the tile floor.We located one beach chair in the 2nd bedroom. The WiFi worked perfectly.The towel rack bamboo rods in the bathrooms sag. The toilet paper holder in the master bath is a joke along with the space between the toilet and closeness to the wall.This condo rental unit needs attention to details from the owners or those responsible for it. In the future I would by pass this specific rental unit for another unit in the lands end development. I’m sure other units have better accommodation with attention to details for the same money. The location is the best thing going for lands end.We do expect to hear back from you with regards to our experience

I organised a trip for 5 families all had their own apartments, Everyone was very happy with apartments and facilities. Family from UK and Canada would all come back again. Only one concern and that was trying to get late check out. We had the cleaning service knocking on the door before check out time!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is poorly maintained. This is the second year in a row we had to call for a repair man the first day there (toilet). The lighting in the kitchen was defect and the electrical outlets need tobe replaced in the living room (loose internal contacts).The screen doors in the master bedroom had tears and holes in them (mosquitoes!) The exhaust fan in the first bathroom sounds like it has loose parts in it and the sink drains very slowly.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We had a great time at Land’s End and really enjoyed the unit we were in (10-403). The view of the beach, water and sunsets was breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed. It was a good spot for our family ( with young children) as it was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

wonderful vacation

The condo was great,everything you would want for wonderful time. The rooms were a good size and any small issues we had were sorted quickly by the management company. But the best feature for us was the view and the close proximity to the beach 🏖.just what I needed after a long damp year in Scotland. We will return again on our travel to Florida in the near future.
