Con una nuovissima cucina ristrutturata e tutti i nuovi mobili di soggiorno questo condominio è una scelta perfetta per la vostra casa di vacanza lontano da casa. Una fila di finestre apre lo spazio a una splendida vista della via navigabile Intracoastal dal soggiorno, dalla zona pranzo e dalla cucina. L'edificio n. 3 si trova accanto all'area della griglia per motivi che rendono piacevoli e convenienti i tuoi pasti all'aperto, è anche vicino alla piscina e una passeggiata molto facile per l'accesso alla spiaggia in loco !!

    Land’s End si trova su Treasure Island alla fine di una penisola ed è circondato su 3 lati da acqua; la via navigabile Intracoastal a est, un passaggio a sud e il Golfo del Messico a ovest. Questa community è ricca di servizi per intrattenere chiunque! Grande piscina riscaldata, 2 vasche idromassaggio, campo da beach volley, campi da tennis e pickleball, griglie a carbone e gazebo per le vostre serate all'aperto, una passerella che avvolge la comunità per il vostro allenamento mattutino, shuffle board, accesso diretto alla spiaggia e tutto all'interno questa meravigliosa comunità paesaggistica. Land's End si trova a circa 5 miglia a sud del John's Pass Village, sulla spiaggia di Madeira, ricca di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Condo unit was nice and spacious. An area of improvement would be better quality linens, pillows and bed comfort. Everything was as advertised as far as condo unit. The community shouldn’t advertise pickle pall courts bc they are tennis courts. The only negative was the woman who worked the gate at night. She was intense and rude to guests at times.

Great Place

Condo was clean and well decorated. Loved the huge pool and direct access to the beach. We loved seeing dolphins right off our deck! I would have given this 5 stars except we had to purchase a new pan, a can opener and a sharp knife, which we left. The pans are badly scratched and frankly not safe to use. There was one knife and we couldn’t get it to cut anything. The hand can opener did not work at all. Otherwise, the place was perfect, quiet and a great stay! Thank you!

Outdated smells bad no hot water and nobody cares about you do not waste your money on this rental

We do not recommend this property for rent it have bad smell in master bedroom bathroom stinks all the time. Master bedroom bathroom do not have hot water you need to run hot water 15 minutes till you can start using shower. Noise from other shore restaurants will not allow you to sleep till midnight or 1 am. Washer and dryer is making huge noise so do not start washer or dryer before bed. We found ussed towel on kitchen’s counter when we arrived so we called and told everybody but nobody even apologized and problems was not fixed .Resort Rentals do not care about this property they promised to send someone but nobody showed up . This property place ruined my family vacation time and Indo not recomend this place to anyone.

Resort Rental always goes above and beyond for us no matter if we reserve or spur of the moment trips. Finding us a condo at Land’s End on Sunset Beach, Florida that meets our standards and expectations is no small task. Our condo Building #3 #206 was super clean, updated with tile, new floors, granite, large refrigerator, efficiently equipped kitchen, new leather furniture, comfortable beds and simple but tasteful decorating. We love the view overlooking the channel where we saw dolphin on a daily basis, occasionally different species of rays, manatees and we caught lots of fish. :) The grounds at Land’s End are gorgeous, the pool is large and clean, and the beach on the gulf borders the property and is easily accessible and pristine. We will definitely be using Resort Rental again and we surely will request this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and our 4th time at Lands End. Both times we’ve had other family and friends staying in units at the same time. This condo is nice, great location, we love Lands End but wish this condo had beach chairs and umbrellas as most of the other units do. The bathrooms were updated and very nice but the cleaning company does a terrible job. I suspect this is with all units not unique to this one. The floors are always FILTHY, every year.. We don’t wear shoes indoors but then had to because our feet were black if we didn’t. There was no mop or bucket or I would have cleaned it and your only have a limited amount of bath towels for the week and two rags and towels for the kitchen so washing the floors myself wasn’t really an option so we made due. The sheets on the bed were clean but the unit was dusty, pieces of long hair in the shower and bathroom floor so I suspect the cleaning company barely wipes it down. We spent most of our week in the beach which is beautiful and made up for the annoyances of the unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was in a great location, scenery beautiful, beach was beautiful. The grounds was very well kept and the pool was great. Some of the stuff in the condo was clean but the floor was dirty, had to wear shoes constantly or your feet would be black. One of the bathrooms was nasty looking, it needed new shower doors and the faucets on the sinks need to be replaced due to built up dirt under the knobs. Wish I would have asked for a different condo probably would have enjoyed my stay even more.

Excellent Accomodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Lands End was excellent. We were very pleased with the size of the condo and the view. We had a bay side view and everyday saw dolphins swimming by, we even had the pleasure of seeing Manatees twice during our 9 day stay. We did experience a major leak in the master bath on day two, the management was very quick to respond. ( within 20 minutes someone was at our condo). When they discovered that is was not going to be an easy fix they immediately moved us to another, equally nice, condo one floor up. The stay was wonderful. My family and I loved the grounds, the beach, and the view. If you get up early (6:30AM) and walk the beach you can find some nice shells. Only minor negative would be a restaurant directly across the water from us would have live music every day from about 2PM until 2AM. It was loud if you sat on the patio but inside you could not hear the music. We were very pleased with the location, the condo itself, and extremely please with the management for responding to our needs so quickly. We are definitely planning on staying here again.
