Questa unità ha appena avuto una completa ristrutturazione da cima a fondo e qui non è mancato nulla !! Splendidamente fatto con tutti i nuovi pavimenti in tutto, arredi nuovissimi che sono estremamente confortevoli con molti posti a sedere per tutti, entrambi i bagni hanno docce e vanità nuovissime in atto che sono una splendida cucina completamente rinnovata che ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio nero ed è completamente fornita e pronto per la tua magia culinaria e per non parlare delle splendide viste sul Golfo dal tuo balcone privato; non c'è niente di meglio di questo a Land's End !! L'edificio n. 9 si trova proprio accanto alla grande piscina e alla vasca idromassaggio in loco.

Land’s End si trova su Treasure Island alla fine di una penisola ed è circondato su 3 lati da acqua; la via navigabile Intracoastal a est, un passaggio a sud e il Golfo del Messico a ovest. Questa community è ricca di servizi per intrattenere chiunque! Grande piscina riscaldata, 2 vasche idromassaggio, campo da beach volley, campi da tennis e pickleball, griglie a carbone e gazebo per le vostre serate all'aperto, una passerella che avvolge la comunità per il vostro allenamento mattutino, shuffle board, accesso diretto alla spiaggia e tutto all'interno questa meravigliosa comunità paesaggistica. Land's End si trova a circa 5 miglia a sud del John's Pass Village, sulla spiaggia di Madeira, ricca di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di cavalcare le montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è solo a un'ora di distanza o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando entro 2 ore. L'Acquario della Florida a Tampa, l'Acquario di Clearwater (sede di Winter the Dolphin), l'Hard Rock Casino, i bellissimi parchi statali e le miglia di spiagge sono solo alcuni dei motivi per visitare le nostre spiagge della Contea di Pinellas !!! Essendo una gated community alla fine dell'isola, Land's End ti permetterà davvero di allontanarti dal trambusto della vita di tutti i giorni e di ottenere quel tanto necessario R & R, ma sarai comunque vicino a tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per rendere questo un destinazione perfetta per le vacanze

Family trip

This was our fourth time staying at Lands End, and our fourth AMAZING trip! Our unit was great! Super clean and comfortable! Exactly what we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip was awesome. The condo was beautiful and very well taken care of. The only problem we had was the TV in the living room would not stay online. It worked the first night and then went off. Someone came and looked at it and said he fixed it, but when we came back in from the beach it was no longer working again. Thank goodness they had Netflix so we just watched that the whole time we were there on that TV. The other TV's worked fine. The person who came told us we had it on the wrong input, but the other TV's worked on that input and the one in the living room did to the first night.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lands End location just perfect for our family, quiet, but close to Gulf Boulvard and short drive to John's Pass. Great beach, not too busy, lot's to do around condo complex, great pool and hot tubs. Although many condos seem to have Rennovations in progress #304 in building 9 was really in need of basic repairs, and updates. Very disappointing for price. Although we didn't ask for help close to Christmas Day, we had no choice by Boxing Day. Toilet in main bath was not working, bathtub in main ensuite not draining, even slightly, front door wouldn't close, closet doors would come off tracks. Despite dated condo to appliances, simple repairs should of been dealt with, given price for us and considering Canadian dollar! Don't rent this condo until repaired and update, but rent elsewhere on complex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the updated condo unit & the views were spectacular. We even saw dolphins from our balcony our last full day there. The layout was great, it was clean when we arrived. They even have a vacuum that we used to clean up any sand that tracked in from our shoes. We had an issue with the bedroom tv, but the mgmt company fixed it right away. The only thing I would like to mention is that we figured out the washer/dryer closet had some sewer like smell coming from it. We ran a load with hot water to help move the "old" water that was sitting in pipe & that helped with the smell. Other than minor detail, we will definitely be back to this unit. Thank you for a great trip.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, breathtaking view

The apartment was fully equipped, close to the pool and the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. Excellent location, private location with security and close to restaurants and attractions. The property seems to be well kept and clean. The only concern we had is that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The laundry machine was moldy and dryer was dirty. The closet in the main room was full of sand and there was a bucket with water and shells that smelled awful. There was a pillow missing and not enough bathroom towels for a family of four. We did not address the lack of cleanliness with the property manager, but they did take care of the pillow right away. We also had a problem with the AC, which was taken care right away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, good experience at this condo recently. Nice amenities and space available, very nice master bed/bath space. Great balcony view! The coffee table was not very "kid friendly" as it easily tipped and was a tripping hazard. Also, the washer had some mold around the rubber seal, but did not negatively impact functionality.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was beautiful and SO clean!!! The master bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We loved that it was gated and we had an assigned parking spot. The pool was wonderful and perfect beach access.

Reviewer Comments: The upgraded condo was professionally done with high end kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful decorating with colors that fit into the oceanic views of the gulf. The property was clean and well maintained. We only wish there were brand new 100% cotton sheets on the bed. But other than that, we loved our stay here! We enjoyed our dinners at Middlegrounds restaurant in town and the nearby Publix grocery store was very convenient. We will be back! Treasure Island and Land's End was indeed a gem!

Almost perfect!

The condo was very nice except the second bedroom needs updated bedding. The cleaning crew was still in our condo at 4:15 and left a few issues that we took care of ourselves. But the pool, beach, security was great!

My 18 year old daughter was asked by older people if she was 17 every time she went into hot tub. Every time went to pool they were like hawks ready to attack. Stopped going to pool because of it. Overall property was nice and great view of beach. Had to buy some beach towels because there were non in unit. Property Management company was very helpful and nice.

We loved everything about this unit and simply cannot wait to come back.About the property: It has been completely renovated. No expense spared! There is a 70" large screen TV in the living room that was an awesome bonus! We loved it!! The master bedroom: The mattress is an amazing sealy posturepedic, super comfy and awesome to have. The guest bedroom: 2 twin mattresses, also newer. Our guests said they were very comfortable. On a side note, I'd recommend getting new skirts/comforters...they were old and had holes in it...shame when the place is just so perfect.The kitchen is very well equipped!! All new appliances and a wine fridge. Just awesome. Note, they have a regular coffee maker, no Keurig, so get coffee grounds.Bring your own beach towels from home, there are no beach towels at the unit. The unit had several nice foam coolers and plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Super nice to have that option and not have to rent.This is more for the rental company: It would be nice if we could rent a kit of cleaning supply's. We were there for 3 weeks and found that we needed to go buy cleaning supplies. Would be nice to have a kit for $10 to rent for the week.The pool was heated and clean and just lovely! Due to COVID most of the chairs were chained off, so you had to get there early to get a chair. The hot tub is HOT and we LOVED it!Best thing, by far, are the sunsets. It was smack in the middle of the deck. And right in front of building 9 there is a break in the taller seagrass and we see just straight beach.Side note: the tv in the living room and master have cable and they are smart TV's, the one in the guest room is a smart tv, but no cable. The main tv, there was a remote for the roku and one for the cable, but we couldn't find one for the tv, so needed to hit input on back left side. Simply perfect!!! We cannot wait to go back!

Lovely stay

Beautiful upgraded unit with lovely views. The beds are very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We loved the beach with so many shells!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed all of our stays at Lands End, Treasure Island, but this ranks at the top. We have already reserved it for 3 weeks in Dec. 2021.
