  • Grande casa di vacanza per tutte le età! Vivi come un locale in una casa di famiglia sulla tranquilla e bellissima Sunset Beach. Questa casa è abitualmente occupata dal proprietario. Paradiso per famiglie con bambini piccoli! Tutti i giocattoli per la casa, il centro benessere e l'intrattenimento in spiaggia sono disponibili per il tuo divertimento. Ciò che amiamo della nostra casa: la doccia esterna nei mesi estivi è incredibile per il risciacquo con acqua fresca dopo la spiaggia; la sensazione del bagno principale (vedrai), l'acqua frizzante che esce dal frigorifero! (Sodastream), comando vocale di facile utilizzo Sonos e sistema audio / audio Alexa. La nostra casa si trova in una delle strade più famose della zona con accesso alla spiaggia il più vicino possibile. Vivi la vita sulla spiaggia come un locale.

Had a wonderful stay with the family. Everything was as advertised. We felt right at home with all the amenities. Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space. The beach was a short walk away.

The house had everything a family could need for a beach vacation, just a short walk to the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with quality kitchenware and plenty of space to cook and dine. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens, and the oversized hot tub made it perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Walking distance to the beach, some food options and a great local coffee shop. We used the swim spa for multiple hours and took full advantage of the outdoor patio space. Loved that we didn't need to bring/buy beach chairs or sand toys, board games or even spices. The hosts responded quickly with our questions. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this home. Plenty of separate space so that we all had privacy. Open common area so that we were all able to enjoy each other as well. Everything we needed for the week was available. Host was responsive. We will book this location again in the future!

We had a very nice 18 day stay here with our family. 4 adults and 3 kids ranging from 1-4 years old. The location is great as it is right near the beach and there is a crossing/beach access over a fairly low traffic road. The beach itself was gorgeous and uncrowded. Some great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Owner was very responsive to our needs. House very well equipped for the kids with portable cribs, beach toys, beach wagon and chairs. Highly recommend.

Great Family Time

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the 6 adults and 4 children. They loved how the rooms were decorated and furnished and never ran out of things to do. The swim spa kept them entertained, when it would get too cool on the beach. The MOST well equipped kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO! The management was very responsive when we had a need or question. Overall, a great stay!

SeaGlass on Sunset

This was an ideal property for our seven family members. The location is wonderful, just steps from the beach. There are a number of very good restaurants in the vicinity. The kitchen is well set up so it was easy to make meals there. The hot tub was great! We would definitely go back.

Sunset beach is awesome!

House was as advertised, in quiet Sunset beach, well equipped, less than 50 steps from the beach, 100 steps from Caddy's beach bar.

We had a wonderful stay at this Treasure Island home! It was spacious enough for our entire family to be comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax together or enjoy some quiet time. The swim spa was a fantastic addition. After long days at the beach, both the kids and the adults loved jumping in to cool off and unwind. We also enjoy cooking as a family, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. One of the highlights of our stay was celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday. The owner recommended a private chef, who came to the house and prepared a beautiful birthday dinner for us on our last evening. It made the celebration truly memorable. Another thoughtful touch was the children's measuring wall. We had so much fun marking the kids' heights, and we can't wait to come back and see how much they've grown by our next visit. A little perspective from us—we're actually locals here in Pinellas County, and every year we rent a beachfront home for a "staycation" that can accommodate our entire family. This home was one of our favorites. It gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, allowing those who needed to work for part of the week to come and go while still feeling like they enjoyed a true beach vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to create lasting memories.

This house was perfect for us. It is SO close to the beach, with beautiful white sand, tons of shells, gorgeous sunsets, and sometimes we were the only folks at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved sleeping in the "aquarium room". The bathrooms are gorgeous with custom tiles, beautiful lighting and nice touches like octopus toilet paper holders and drain covers. Hendrik made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, and even brought over new beach chairs that are higher off the ground for the grandparents to use.

We were a family from near and far and gathered in this lovely beach house. It offers everything you need plus the location to the beach access is just seconds from the house. Publix was about 3 minutes away, plus Caddy's and Ka'Tiki for a getaway. Thanks!!

Beautiful home and great location!

Propert exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and great for entertaining. The bathrooms were well stocked and good sized. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 people and provided ample space to not feel overcrowded. The outside pool/spa was such a hit. Every night we ended up in it watching sports and movies. The house is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars are close by. We would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future.

What a lovely house! Steps from the beach, as advertised. And the house was both spotless and stocked with everything you could think to need. Tons of space for hanging out. The owner was incredibly responsive when we needed anything. The only thing to be aware of: the main living space is second floor, so if you have someone with mobility issues that woild be a concern

Great Location, responsive host

Although due to flight cancellations only a couple of us made it, the property was perfect for a beach vacation. When the water heater broke, it was replaced first thing the next morning. Host would check in to make sure all was going well and even before arrival if we needed anything. We would gladly go back again (maybe next time during a season not risking blizzards in the northeast).

Great Location and Great House for Large Group

Booked this house for 5 adults and 3 infants in St. Pete for a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. The location was great - a 3-minute walk to the beach and two beach bars. Our 3 yr old grand-daughter loved the kids rooms, toys and games. My sons used the hot tub a lot. We were able to park two large pickup trucks with no problem (one inside). Only areas of improvement I'd recommend would be updating the LR sofa which was kinda worn. Had a great stay and would stay there again.
