Can’t beat the view!

We had a few small issues but it wasn’t a big deal. The screen door was damaged but I reported it and they were very nice about it. The dryer broke and was fixed the next day. The view on the balcony was absolutely amazing. This is right on the Main Street and I probably didn’t need a rental at all.

Perfect location but owner/mgmt could do better

Perfect location and views of the beach …,However, once you do the math I paid about 540 a night (w/taxes & fees)and could have had a better nights sleep at a Holiday Inn. I guess I expect more provided for that price.. like toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, even bathroom soaps but you are provided with very little if any. The beds are horrible and the only thing that helps you sleep at night is all the sun & fresh air you get during the day. And the quality of the towels and sheets are not great. There’s no beach towels and anything beach related there seems to have been left by prior guests. We also saw several roaches around the property including one in the main bathroom. The only thing that seems to have improved from prior reviews is that the view is no longer blocked by the palm trees but I’m assuming the hurricane helped with that.

A touch of paradise

Good value. Great layout. Palm tree enhanced or blocks view if ocean. Very good Swimmimg pool Right on the beach. Hot shower with good water pressure. Place is very clean. Great parking spots. Close to Winnn-Dixie.

Gorgeous ocean view!

The condo was very nice with a large balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the place was well-equipped. Note that the pool and downstairs deck are closed due to hurricane damage. However you are truly steps from the beach so we didn't miss the pool. Photos are accurate except that the palm trees are fuller now and block a bit more of the view, but there's still plenty to see! Definitely recommend. Also the office was very responsive and friendly.

Property has issues

For roughly a 4k stay for a week I expected a lot more. Agency called me a week before our stay to inform me the pool had been filled in by the hurricane. I tried to cancel and they said I’d have to forefit all funds. View was blocked by palm trees, the tub hardware was falling apart, the title floors were extremely dirty. I had to put shoes on to keep my feet clean. Broken blinds. Overall I’d find a different location.

Condo needs a little TLC. Dishwasher top rack broke, toilets loose, master bathroom sink plugged. Beds were springy, elevator very slow. Did have beach chairs, umbrella & 4 beach towels. Location was great!

Wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed the condo, every thing was in great shape. Look forward to coming back next year. My only recommendation would be the condo owners to create some way for renters to rent unused parking spaces. I would definitely like to rent an extra parking space at the condo.

Family vacay

The overall property was nice. The check in process was somewhat stressful as we had to go to a different location to get “keys” but then only ended up receiving a code to get into the condo. We felt this could have simply been an email rather than added as a stop to get into the property. Overall; great location.

Great Beachfront Condo!!

Super nice, clean condo, beautiful views right on the beach, condo well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare dinners, walking distance to several restaurants, and right up the road from Johns Pass for some shops and great restaurants!! would recommend and definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

We were all shocked when we arrived. It was super clean, the size of the bedrooms were pretty big, and we had everything we needed for time we were there. The huge bonus was how close were to the beach and the water. My father in law has COPD and can't go far. During high tide, the water was close he was actually able to make it down. This was literally the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken. Hope to return next year.

its a great place but they had tree roaches very distrubing they did come and spray right a way

great property the check in could have been much easier because its a lock box but they made us jump thru hoops to get some paper work at 10:00 at night. they could have left it in the condo or had us come in the morning to pick it up. the roaches were infortunate

It was nice

Beach access was amazing. Condo was very nice and spacious and mostly clean. There are lots of grungy things like paint and feet were black the entire time so floors are far from clean also a contact on the floor so I question the cleaning. We also had a bug guy who needed to come in while we were there for his monthly visit. We were not told about this. I’m glad we were home at the time as the thought of someone coming in while all our valuables were out is not ok. We then were called and asked if the guys could come in and install a shower door which I said no to and thankfully they did not come in. The lady in management was super nice and my calls with questions were answered pleasantly. I would recommend this place but the owners should know it’s not being cleaned up to par. Also the fact they can’t leave more toilet paper and at least some dish soap so we don’t have to shop for household supplies would be nice. We bought the stuff and of course didn’t use much and had to leave it all behind. Hopefully it’s left there for the next people.

Condo on the Beach!

Easy parking right under the property, and beautiful view of the beach and ocean right out our patio. Just a few steps and you are right on the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance!!
