A beautiful private home surrounded by palm trees. Fenced in yard for privacy and a heated salt water pool. Walking distance to grocery stores for outdoor grilling and many award winning restaurants within a few miles. The beach is less than 10 minutes away. 1 hour and 40 minutes from Magic Kingdom. 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 11 miles to Clearwater Beach! Two smart TVs, & new Weber Grill. Enjoy a little bit of heaven this summer!

House and location were perfect for our family. Remote enough for us to spend some family time together, but close enough to any amenities. House had unforeseen AC issues, but the homeowner sent out multiple technicians in an attempt to resolve the issue as well as providing a portable solution to cool down the house.

Amazing Stay In Seminole

My husband and I stayed with our dog for 10 nights. We enjoyed the short drive to the beach and many great restaurants. Great location and neighborhood. Home was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Home and Location

This was a perfect home for our first family road trip from Ontario to FL. The home is perfectly appointed and located, and the backyard is like a Carribean oasis. Pool (perfect temp) and gardens are outstanding and made it hard to leave the property for the beach! The beach was a short bike ride away over the bridge and we visited almost daily. The most beautiful beaches you will find anywhere in the world. Thank you, Julie, for sharing your home with us. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful family vacation

My family absolutely loved staying here. The pool was a huge hit and the location was great for the beach, restaurants and baseball stadiums. House had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely Amazing

The house and host Julie were amazing!! Every amenity you can think of she has covered. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. The house location to access beaches is placed right in the middle of everything. We loved the pool and outside eating area. The privacy was extra nice for me. The sliders to the pool were an awesome touch to the home. I appreciated every little detail she has put into this home. Including the beautiful landscaping that it surrounds. My favorite VRBO and stay to date!! Thank you, Julie, for creating, "a little bit of heaven for my family and me."

Clearwater Haven

This property made our vacation complete. We were looking for beautifull beaches, a pool for time away from the beach, family time, a home away from home, and a place where we could do something special and different if we wanted to. This gave us everything we were looking for. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It was well taken care of and the provided everything mentioned in the listing. I left behind two items and the property owner graciously found them for me and shipped them to me. I highly recomend this property if you want a place near the best beaches in Florida with friendly family people all around. We will definately be back.

Spring Break

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The house was clean and matched all of the pictures posted! It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Spring Break. Perfect location and beautiful home

Overall, loved the home, location, and pool. My only complaint is the strong cleaning smell on the first day. Not sure what chemical is being used but a little strong for us. The cleaning smell dissipated after a couple of hours. The home owner was very nice letting us store our luggage in the garage prior tour visit and also allowing us a late check out. I would definitely stay they again.

Beautiful Pool Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful pool home. Everything was clean and the house was nicely decorated. The owner had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool view through the main patio doors is awesome! We really liked the landscaping and private environment the house provides.

Clean, quiet, and centrally located between Tampa, Clearwater, Gulf Coast and St Petersburg. The Pinellas Trail is nearby. We used the heated pool almost daily.

True to its name - little bit of heaven

We stayed at Julie's property over Christmas and we had a a wonderful stay. We brought our dog to walk the beaches and found a great dog friendly beach at the North Beach in Clearwater. The house was awesome and had everything we needed and was like our home away from home with all the amenities included. It was one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed at during our trips! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Julie!

Great place

This is our second year staying at Julie's home. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. We were able to catch a Tampa Bay Rays game, visit Disney World, and enjoy the beach. The location is ideal and you can do as little or as much as you want. We love this little piece of paradise!

Truly is - a little bit of Heaven!

Beautifully maintained home in a nice location that offered easy travel to many places. The spacious house is very well stocked with the everyday things including spices, utensils, extra bedding, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
