Oceanfront condominio di lusso

La nostra casa vacanze è per le persone che amano concedersi bene. Il condominio di lusso di fronte all'oceano vi offre solo il meglio. L'unità si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca, con incredibile vista sul mare dal balcone privato, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, camera matrimoniale e cucina.

L'unità era completamente ricostruita per essere seconda casa dei proprietari e, come tale, ha molto più da offrire che un tipico unità di noleggio. Ha un layout ben progettato aperto che è diverso da qualsiasi altra unità in questo edificio. Venite a godervi la vostra vacanza in condominio di lusso e dal design elegante e arredato, offrendo funzionalità, come ad esempio, wine cooler di 2 TV al plasma, bagni moderni, cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in pietra lavica, marmo anticato alzatina, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, bambù pavimenti in parquet nelle camere da letto, ecc L'unità è inoltre situato nei pressi delle metropolitane attrazioni della zona, negozi e ottimi ristoranti.


La nostra spiaggia è mai affollata e piena di soffice sabbia bianca. Acqua appassionato di sport, qui è il vostro paradiso, abbiamo un sacco di spazio per la pallavolo, aquilone, immersioni, ecc Bisogno di riposare e rilassarsi e vedere tramonti unici sorseggiando un cocktail, non più chiedere, il nostro balcone è letteralmente sull'acqua. Le mattine sono spettacolari, vedere i delfini nuotano come maestose pellicani scivolare serenamente sulle calme acque.

Great family vacation place

We loved our condo, it had great views of the awesome sunsets and the ocean. Very clean and beautiful condo. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We hope to rent from them again soon. We love vacationing in Indian Shores.

Amazing oceanfront condo

We had an amazing stay at this oceanfront condo in Indian Shores! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a beach getaway including beach chairs, towels, tent, boogie boards, fishing poles and coolers. Communication with the owner was friendly, responsive and helpful through the process. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone staying in Indian Shores.

The place was wonderful! The view is amazing and conveniently located in front of the pool and beach. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, loved the full size washer and dryer, there were plenty of dishes and utensils, and the pots / cookware was nice quality. Weber gas grills were so nice. Every so often the elevator would glitch but outside of that this place was so nice and we would definitely visit Indian Shores again! Thank you!

Wonderful place for the family

Overall, I would recommend this condo for anyone that is looking to be on the beach in a great location. My only nitpick is that smoking is allowed on the balconies. While smoking and vaping is not permitted in the units, we came to find out that these activities are allowed poolside and on the balcony. For some, this may be a plus and others like myself… not so much. This became a deterrent from spending a lot of time on the balcony. Aside from that the condo was very clean. Check in process was very easy and communication with the owner was seamless.

Great location and quick access to the beach!

Facility was clean and adequate for 4,adults and 2 children. Should have exhaust fans in bathrooms and better instructions to be able to watch regular shows. Beach toys were a hit for our 2 grandkids!

Amazing

What a perfect property!! Clean, tidy, extra blankets and pillows. The beach is right there!! We loved all the sand toys, pool toys and beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Nice view, quiet setting with other respectful guests in other units. Owner was very available and responded to questions quickly. They were fixing the grounds from the devastating storms and the workers were polite and mindful of the residents and guests.

Best vacation condo we have stayed in

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. No complaints and accommodated our family perfectly. The view of the ocean is spectacular with a very short walk to the beach. The pool was never crowded. The owner of the condo was so friendly and was willing to accommodate us to different dates due to a tropical storm. The condo has all of the essentials needed from kitchen supplies, towels, beach toys…you name it! The condo owner was fabulous and very communicative. We will be back for sure! 10 stars!

Will stay here again

We come to the area every year and have stayed in several units, this has been our favorite as far as set up for our family and location. The unit is well stocked and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen and beach supplies for the kids. I forgot to print my parking pass before arriving and Maret was very responsive to help with a solution. We are already discussing booking Maret's unit again next year.

Gorgeous beach location!

The beach/ocean view of this property is incredible. The owner was very responsive, kitchen utensils/pans are very well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious. The designated parking spot is an add-on outside of the parking structure and is much too tight for a large SUV (which happened to be our rental vehicle) but the owners provided a secondary spot in the visitor section. Just know that your vehicle is going to be in the sun. The issues we had were to no fault of the owners - but likely the cleaning/maintenance crews. It took us two days to realize that the TV remotes were disbursed into the wrong bedrooms and once we figured that out, at least two of them had dead batteries. Without having remotes at first, we did a lot of "digging around" for the power buttons on the TV's. The dust was bad...and even worse on top of the fridge. Upon losing a LEGO piece under the kitchen table, we realized that underneath that was also very unclean. One of the showers was broken - only produced hot water. The owner called in maintenance ASAP (awesome!), but it felt strange that the cleaners wouldn't have noticed that before our stay. A few other tidbits - details of the remodel are a little wonky in places....holes cut too big in the walls and very little airflow to the front bedroom. Also, this condo is directly outside the elevator - so expect some noise if you're in the front bedrooms (again, not something the owners can control....just an FYI). Overall, nice property.

Great condo

This is a very comfortable and well equipped condo. I loved my stay. I only have a couple of complaints. The worst complaint has nothing to do with this condo, but rather the unit above it. The chairs desperately need some sort of protectors on them to reduce the horrible scratching/sliding noise. The chair moving went on from 6 am until well after 11 pm, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. This would be a very easy and inexpensive fix. I intend to write a letter to the condo association about this, as it was a complaint I heard from numerous guests in other units within the building. I think all owners should perhaps address this problem. The shower head in the master bath was very plugged up. I managed to get some of the jets unplugged but it really might need to be replaced for good water flow. Lastly, the mat on the balcony was fabulous for removing sand from feet/shoes before re-entering the condo! I loved it!

Perfect Beach Vacation!!

Everyone in our family loved the location and the unit!! The owners have it so well stocked. The unit was very clean and is in the most perfect location. We loved that we could walk out of the building and be right on the beach which was beautiful, clean, and not overcrowded. The hot tub and pool were clean and not over crowded as well. Caddy’s is just a short walk across the road and had excellent food and drinks. There are several other nice local restaurants within walking distance as well. We walked every evening and always felt safe. Great neighborhood!! This is by far the BEST family vacation we’ve ever had. We plan on staying here again ASAP!!
