  • Experience the pinnacle of Gulf Coast living in this 1,800 sq. ft. top-floor penthouse. Boasting 10ft ceilings and a sprawling 40ft private balcony, this residence offers a sophisticated retreat just 300 steps from the pristine sands of Archibald Beach Park and heated pool steps from the elevator.

    The Space

    Expansive Living: 400 sq. ft. larger than standard units, our open-concept floor plan is flooded with natural light and features panoramic Intracoastal Water views from the living area and primary suite.  Heated pool on site.

    Designer Comfort: Relax on an oversized Crate & Barrel sectional for movie nights on the 85" HD TV, or retreat to the primary suite featuring a premium Stearns & Foster king bed with high-thread-count linens.

    Chef’s Kitchen: A fully equipped culinary space featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar overlooking the water.

    Work & Play: Includes a dedicated workstation for remote productivity and a seasonally heated community pool for relaxation.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms

    Primary Suite: King Bed, private balcony access, water views, and an ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

    Guest Suite 1: King Bed with private ensuite bathroom.

    Guest Suite 2: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4)—perfect for families.

    Extra Amenities: Fully stocked with hair dryers and straighteners to save you suitcase space.

Amazing stay! 10/10 unit and host

The most amazing condo! Not only was the host incredibly accommodating but the unit itself was in immaculate condition. It was clean, spacious, and had all of the necessities for a vacation. The walk to the beach was extremely close and the host provided us with chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Blaine and Stephanie made my bachelorette trip perfect!

A shellebration!

We brought our daughter and her closest friends to celebrate turning 21 and enjoyed every second of our time here! We loved P2 at Madeira Del Mar! It was perfect for our stay. Condo size was exactly what we needed. Parking was very convenient and included with the rental. Pool easy to access. The condo was fabulous!! The extended balcony overlooking the intracoastal water was fabulous. What a bonus to fully open the sliding doors for a salty breeze! Our host was very friendly and accommodating.All amenities provided added to the comfort of our stay. Great location!

This was by far one of the most beautiful condos EVER!

My family visited for a long weekend. We wanted to stay close to the beach. This huge gorgeous penthouse was immaculate! So spacious and clean. Honestly one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was second to none. Beds were so comfy and entire condo is decorated beautifully. It was so nice to have beach chairs, towels, & an umbrella; oh and a wagon to carry it all! It’s right across the street from the beach! Walking distance to putt putt, stores, restaurants, & bars! We will definitely be returning. Until we meet again Madeira Beach
