Location Location

This condo faces the water and is in the perfect location for everything you might need. Dinner, drinks, beach time, access to the trolly route, shopping, and of course breakfast! The condo was very comfortable and exactly as described.

Excellent!

This was a great property for a family of 5. The beach was right across the street and there was an easy pedestrian crossing. It was very close to restaurants and a grocery store a mile down the road. We loved it!

Perfect Getaway!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. VERY clean property overall and while this is located directly on Gulf Blvd, we were surprised how peaceful it was in the room. We normally stay directly on the beach, but the walk from the condo is not bad at all and feels much safer with the flashing pedestrian signals that allow you to cross directly over to the beach. The bed was comfortable and our only critique would be the pillows left a lot to be desired. But we would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future.

We live nearby but, had friends coming in for a long weekend so wanted a beach location. The size of the pool is too small for the property. There were no beach towels in the unit. I felt it was somewhat over priced!! Nothing special!!

Had a great stay! Clean, close to the beach and John’s Pass, even had full washer/dryer, boogie boards, sand toys and badminton set. Shelf in pool was perfect for kids. Thank you!

Across the street from the beach, but easy to cross the road. Clean and comfortable. So close to St. John’s Pass that it was easy to walk to dinner at night.

Everything was great with exception of only being able to park 1 car in the garage. We had 2 cars and that proved to be problematic.

Great Location and Nice Accomodations

Pre arrival communication was great. Check in was smooth and quick. Pros: Great location. Very short walk to St. John’s Pass and restaurants. Easy beach access righ across the road. The unit was more than adequate, clean and in good shape. The exercise room was small but had enough equipment for most needs. Cons: Bring your own toilet paper and bath soap. The items provided weren’t great.

Great family getaway

It was perfect for our family of 5. The furniture were high quality shopping with the upgrades. It was a modern well maintained unit with really close access to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

No issues w/ the unit. It is the best unit we've stayed at so far. We try and stay at this property as much as we can because we love John's Pass and the proximity to the beach. The pool area is the only thing I would have to give negative feedback. It needs renovation all the way around. Pavers, outdoor furniture and the pool needs resurfaced. We were told that it is about to under go refurb but wasn't given a time frame.

This place is perfect

My family needed to get away for a few days since we all recently were vaccinated. We were so pleased we chose this property. The best location! Close to the shops on John’s passing and literally across the street from the beautiful beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for allowing us to make memories in your home.

Close to the beach

The room was clean and bright and had plenty of space. All the equipment worked with no issue. The room had a lot of bath towels and wash clothes. It had a small bottle of shampoo and a hotel sized soap per bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had a couple dishwasher tablets. The washer dryer was nice but there is no detergent provided but the machines worked great and are newer. The room is directly across the street from the beach access. Very easy walk and we were there. The room has very limited beach view. Look between buildings and the palm trees to see a small section of beach. If that is your desire this may not be for you. Also the balcony hangs over Gulf Blvd which is a busy street. Inside this was not an issue but the balcony is loud with traffic. The resort itself was also very clean and quiet. No parties in the halls or anything like that. We took our dog and there is nice space between the building and the bay set up as a dog walk. There were poop bags and disposal area that was set up and clean. The area is full of restaurants and shopping. There is a lot to see within a half mile walk or drive and pay to park. We found 2 restaurants within easy walk that we enjoyed. The resort does not have any sort of pantry to buy small things so don't expect any. There is a 7-11 only 1/3 mile north. We really enjoyed our stay as we were wanting the beach access. We would stay here again if we come back.

Very nice place

This condo was as advertised and very well equipped. The only minor issues we had were the master bath sink barely had any water pressure. The kitchen sink was another minor issue when you turned on the faucet the hand sprayer came on as well and could not be turned off. Other than those 2 small issues, the place was great!

Excellent Place to Stay in Madeira Beach!

The online contact-less check in was fantastic for us! We arrives in a Saturday afternoon. The place was very clean and complete with everything one may need. Great location, the beach was right across the street and restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. A Publix grocery store is within 2 miles. The beds were very comfortable. My only recommendation is to add 1 or 2 full length mirrors in the unit. Thanks, for a great stay. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again!
