Great location

The location and the option to bring our pet is why we have stayed here twice. The bed is comfy! The couch needs upgraded ( not the same as the picture )and the kitchen cookware should be replaced. Once again we were unable to enjoy the pool. The water was beyond warm and there was no circulation in it. The quick walk across to the beach is perfect !

Cleanliness was good except for the bedding. Unfortunately I noticed the sheets and pillows, pillow cases used in the main room were not washed. Other than, towels and all else were cleanNo dish soapswere provided.

Great Location….Nice, clean condo

We stayed here for a week, along with our two dogs. Condo was exactly as described. Nice little area to walk the dogs. Staff and Patrons were all courteous and friendly. The location is excellent….within walking distance to anything you would want to do in Madeira Beach. We would definitely stay here again. Great little place.

Nice, clean, pet-friendly, small unit in great location

This pet-friendly unit was very clean and steps from the beach and John's Pass. We liked that there were beach chairs available for our use. It was also nice to sit on the balcony to relax and watch the sunset. It is small for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit. Also, the unit faces Gulf Boulevard so there is lots of noise from traffic. Finally, we noticed several spiderlings around the kitchen area. We did not bring it to management's attention because the building posted a sign that pest control was scheduling a treatment for the building and units. We were out with the dog on the scheduled treatment day, but when we returned, the problem was still there. The owners should check with building management to see if treatment occurred and, if occurred, why not effective.

Clean and good location

Overall enjoyed our stay. Condo could use some bathroom updates and couch/sleeper replaced. Not comfortable. Both beds were good ok but not super comfortable. Had all the necessities.

Great place by the beach

We enjoyed our time at Madiera Beach! We rented some baby items for our kids and it was great that the hotel had them ready for us to pick up and drop off. They also had beach chairs and a cooler that we used to go across the street to the beach. I really wish check out time was later. My only wish for this hotel is to have later check out time. We tried to do a late check out and they couldn't accomodate. 10 AM check out is tight especially with getting our kids out the door in the morning. However, staff was really understanding and I so appreciate them giving a little leeway for our family. Overall, great stay!

excellent location

across the road from beach fabulous location 2minute walk to Johns pass and pubs and restaurants .would stay there again. nice balcony in the unit. lisa cafe for breakfast 100 yards away or cook in the unit kitchen.All in All we enjoyed our stay.

Decent but noisey

The street noise was so loud at night, made it difficult to sleep. The second bedroom the bed barely fits in the room and the mattress was so loud the slightest movement made the loudest sound. The place was clean and nicely located. If they could replace the mattress and maybe get sound proofing windows it would be fantastic!

Great Location to Johns Pass

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the neighbors children and construction overhead. The children need to be supervised by their parents. There were children running down the hall. They also were running and jumping from hot tub to pool. It made us rethink renting a condoin the future.

Great Property!!

The property is well located close to restaurants and shopping area. The condo was very clean, comfy, well decorated and with all we needed for our stay. The check-in process was easy and communication with the management company was very good. We definitely want to stay at this place again!!

Very peaceful location

Location was everything I imagined it would be_ everything in walking distance_no need to drive anywhere. Free rides to 4 beaches (Drivers work off tips_totally worth it) also Madeira beach is a block away. John’s pass village and boardwalk has all you need water sports etc. restaurants, clothing stores, bars, ice cream shops, and great pizza shop. Everyone very hospitable. Very disappointed with cleanliness of room dog hair everywhere_ dust that was nearly impossible to wipe off. Shower curtain moldy and yellow. Floor unswept. Could only use one shower because other wouldn’t drain fast enough_ did not want to be responsible for anyone saying we clogged it. Cleaning service came next day and did not do much_Even my 9 year old was Appalled• For the amount charged for cleaning fee_ I expect a lot more!! We also had to clean before we left or would have been charged more. (Make that sense) overall we had a great time. Also_Treasure island beach by caddy’s bar was amazing. Caddy’s food not so much. The hut restaurant purchased by caddy’s horrible. Hope this helps.

Nice condo for families

Cute little condo fit a family of 5 perfectly. Keep in mind there is no daily cleaning service! We really enjoyed having 2 bathrooms for everyone. Close walk to the beach. They have 1 working elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor and took the stairs 90% of the time. So we all got lots of exercise not a big deal to us but it may be for others. Pool hours are limited & it stays packed. The washer and dryers & fully furnished kitchen was helpful. We would consider staying again if we are in the area. Thanks for everything.
