Il nostro condominio fronte mare recentemente rinnovato è arredato con gusto con un tema spiaggia Tommy Bahama. Abbiamo completamente aggiornato tutto nel nostro condominio sulla spiaggia per darti la migliore esperienza di vacanza possibile.
Questa unità al 2 ° piano offre piastrelle in ceramica, ripiani in granito, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici di lusso (tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta efficienza full size), cucina completamente attrezzata, nuovi mobili e materassi. Goditi la connessione wi-fi gratuita e le moderne TV ad alta definizione.

Il nostro condominio può ospitare comodamente 5 persone; la tua camera da letto principale offre un comodo letto king size, TV HD a parete, cabina armadio e bagno completo annesso con cabina doccia.
La seconda camera offre un comodo letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo con TV HD a parete e ampio armadio.
Il secondo bagno è dotato di cabina doccia e vanità con ripiano in granito.
Seaview ha una bellissima piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio che si affaccia sull'oceano. Il ponte offre due aree patio coperte, molti posti a sedere con ombrelloni, grill, shuffle board ea pochi passi dal ponte della piscina ci sono cabine sulla spiaggia disponibili per l'affitto.
Seaview ha un ascensore per la vostra convenienza e il vostro spazio di parcheggio designato.
Siamo situati a 1 2 miglia dal famoso punto caldo John's Pass che offre negozi, ristoranti, gelaterie e barche per osservare i delfini, escursioni guidate di pesca, moto d'acqua e molto altro ancora.
Siamo a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, farmacia, negozi e luoghi in cui noleggiare kayak e paddle board.
Gulf Blvd offre un servizio di carrello per portarti su e giù per la spiaggia a un costo molto minimo.

Ideal vacation home!

As a native Floridian it’s hard to impress me with a beach condo, but this place did! It’s spacious, updated and clean. The location was close to everything a beach town has to offer with a short drive to Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach. The view was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful staycation

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Beautiful property and the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented! Only thing was a hiccup with the entry code not working that was sent by VRBO. We were able to reach the mgr within 15 minutes to resolve and get in.

Clean and so comfortable

This was an extremely well equipped unit. Everything we needed and more. We even had a built in security system… the main sliding door was pretty hard to open so our grand children couldn’t open it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home. We ll be back!

Great unit!

Everything you need for a beautiful beach stay, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella. Plenty of extra touches made it a special time for our group. Only downside is all the codes to remember, fortunately always a helpful neighbor.

Great location on the beach!

We loved our two week stay at Seaview in March 2024! Unit is very well kept and clean-kudos to Dorothy and her staff. Property manager, Teresa, is always responsive to our inquiries. Larry (owner) was very accommodating on our early arrival. Cant beat the location…right on the beach and close to many Madiera Beach restaurants & hot spots! Love the oversized balcony to hang out for coffee in morning and enjoy great sunsets in evening. Cant wait to return in 2025 and enjoy the newly remodeled pool deck. Seaview is a great location!

This place has everything you could want and more! Gorgeous condo, breathtaking views, fully stocked with everything you need. Spent the week with my boyfriend, daughter and grandson and had the very best time. I will return!

Amazing!

We have been visiting Seaview every year for the last 7 years. This unit at Seaview is definitely one of the most desirable in the building. The cleanliness is top notch along with the decor. The kitchen is fully stocked and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the top floor is second to none. Communication with Larry & Teresa was excellent. The location and amenities at Seaview can’t be beat.

Great family gathering spot

My family of 5 along with our in-laws really enjoyed our stay. Additional family members rented the unit above, both were lovely! The location is perfect with the heated pool, hot tub and several restaurants within a short walk. The unit itself was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We are already talking about returning next year with the same set up.

Fantastic property with great beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was perfect, recent updates, plenty of amenities and details. 100 feet to the beach! Loved the setup with beach access, pool area, shower and restrooms near the pool. Was part of family reunion where our group rented 4 different units. Ours was definitely the nicest. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect condo for two families to rent. Clean perfect location to restaurants, bar, shopping but lost importance the beach. Never used the pool but beach is literally steps from the pool. Parking was covered with big oversized space. We all agreed 100% we will return and rent this exact condo. Thank You for a great experience

Mothers Day at Madeira

Me and my adult daughters stayed over a long weekend and had a great time. Condo is exceptional. Very clean, everything in working order. Directly on the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners very responsive. We will certainly be back.

The rental was great. We had a group of women come in from all over. Everyone was impressed with both the condo and beach. Nicely renovated. Having beach towels and a coffee pot was awesome. Kitchen was well equipped. Having restaurants across the street was also a plus.

Home away from. Home

Love this property. It is updated, has all the amenities we need , is very comfortable and feels like home. The ceramic flooring and leather furniture make it very practical for the beach. The sliding doors are perfect lending itself to an in-door/outdoor living style which we love. The best part I’d have to say is the spacious balcony. We spend most of our time on the balcony, where morning coffee is sipped slowly before we start our day. Already booked for next year….can’t wait!

Awesome view and Great location

We had such a Great time staying at this condo. It had EVERYTHING that anyone would need. It is in such a Great location. Close to all that you need. Many eateries within close proximity. The boys went Charter fishing and caught many fish. What a Wonderful getaway for the whole family. Well worth the price. Thank you so much for the use of your condo. Absolutely Fabulous

Our entire experience with this rental was perfect. Teresa responded to all of our questions timely and was so accommodating. The in-house office was so friendly. The interior was very clean and this is saying a lot as we are very picky. The private pool was great for the little ones. Check in and check out was so easy. We didn’t have to do anything to check out. This is not the same as other VRBO rentals. Our absolute favorite was the access and view of the Gulf from our deck. It was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

One of the Best!

Our family enjoyed everything about this condo and complex. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-stocked! We were happy to see the large variety of cookware, utensils, and crockpot; paper products, detergents, towels, etc. Patio furniture was comfy; we enjoyed morning coffee and beautiful sunsets here. On site staff were kind and always helpful. We’ll be back!
