Questo condominio è proprio dall'altra parte della strada dalla accesso alla spiaggia pubblica e si trova a pochi passi da una varietà di ristoranti e negozi locali. C'è una grande piscina riscaldata, lontano dalla strada da scherma privacy. Ci sono sedie a sdraio per l'abbronzatura, e una capanna tiki per rilassarsi all'ombra. Madeira Beach si trova a ovest di San Pietroburgo e ha 2. 5 miglia di bellissime spiagge e frizzante Golfo del Messico acque. La leggenda dice che un pirata di nome John Levique fu il primo europeo a stabilirsi nella zona Madeira Beach. E 'meglio conosciuta per la passerella 1.100 piedi lungo la Intracoastal di nome John Pass Village e Boardwalk.

Perfect Condo. 3 steps from the pool. Across the street easy walk to beach. Gas station across the street, convenient walks to eat. Convenient drive to anything from Madeira Beach to St. Petersburg Tampa. Perfect location!

It is a very nice place to stay for a weekend. Clean and quiet for the most part. We needed to have a late check out and the staff was amazing in accommodating our needs. The air conditioning unit was loud at times with a squeaking noise and there was a moisture pump by the unit that made a loud noise for 30 seconds or so randomly including the middle of the night, that’s our only critique with the property.

Overall a great place. Room above us was a little noisy late at night but I just used ear plugs. One day we was getting ready to leave for a massage appointment and the door lock stopped functioning. It seemed like there was no power or batteries dead. Called for help. They brought the wrong key after waiting a little bit then had to wait for maintenance he also said it needed replaced. In the end it took a little over a hour and we missed our appointments. I was bummed about losing our deposit and appointments but things happen. It could have been worse I imagine

Cute lil spot but furniture and decor could use an upgrade. Our TVs was TINY in both rooms! I could feel every spring in the sofa when I sat on it! Blanket on the bed was stained in several spots. We found a dead cockroach but thankfully no live bugs during our stay. Our room was right in front of the pool which was great! We were there during red tide so the pool ended up being the highlight of our stay. Kitchen was stocked with many thoughtful items. We had family in a unit upstairs so we were able to see the huge difference in rooms. All in all a good stay and I would return. Great location, beach across the street, gas station next door and some awesome restaurants in walking distance. Thanks!

Overall weekend was very good. Property nice, pool nice, right across from beach access. Only issue is this condo needs overhaul of bedding situation. King bed comfortable, but noisy. Squeaked terribly at every turn. Pull out sofa not usable. Mattress is old spring mattress with no padding. Was smart enough to bring an air mattress. Otherwise condo nice had everything we needed for weekend stay. Also had gas bbq on premise which was nice for grilling one evening.

My husband and I spent four nights in this unit and had a great time! The pool was clean and never overcrowded. The property management were quick to respond and attend to our needs. The location is great (near plenty of dining/shopping areas) and has easy access to the beach. The only issue we had was our shower liner was moldy but once we brought it to their attention, it was promptly replaced. Overall, we’d be happy to visit Madeira Beach again and stay in this cozy unit!

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach. The only thing we didnt like were the beds. Sofa bed was terrible, you can feel the wires when you lay down. We didn't use it. My daughter slept on the sofa and we added some blankets for confort And the bedroom mattress is old. Very uncomfortable. It definitely needs replacement. The place is very small, but it was clean and quite. No issues. The wifi was good and the pool was very clean.

The word I would use to describe this condo it "cozy" but not super comfy. I'm glad it was just two of us as it was tight quarters. There were plenty of clean towels for our stay but I was disappointed that there were no beach chairs or beach towels for our use. Beach access is just across the street and the location is close to some good restaurants and John's Pass for shopping. The people were very friendly and it was pretty quiet at night. In the end it is a good value for the price.

Our family of 4 came to celebrate my husband's birthday weekend. The location was great (just a short walk to the beach) and close to many shops /restaurants. The condo was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We would definitely come again .

This property exceeded my expectations. Very clean and well appointed. Cozy but large enough if you decided to cook with updated pots, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. My only caution - we stayed in 205, and there is a king sized bed. However, my husband said his side was listing and he was afraid he would fall out of bed. Maybe check the mattress. I would this property for a couple or a couple with a child.

Second time staying at this location and ready to book our next visit with the same location. With the few issues we had, it was easy to contact the appropriate people with our concerns and our concerns were addressed and taken care of quickly.
