2 Bed/2 Bath Condo in Indian Rocks Beach - We are pleased to report that our unit did not sustain any damage from the 2024 hurricanes.

Update on the property from the 2024 hurricanes:

• Grounds Restored: Our area fared better than many others, allowing for quicker restoration of the grounds.

• Pool Updates: The pool was completed Dec 2024 - completely resurfaced, with new equipment and a heater, looking more inviting than ever.

• New Pool Fence and Beach Access: A new fence with gates were installed, along with steps leading directly to the beach.

• New Gas Grills: The gas grills were purchased ready for use.

• New Sod and Sea Wall Lights: Fresh sod has been laid on the grounds, and new lights have been added at the sea wall.

• Building Repainted: The building has been repainted in a fresh creme color, a project scheduled before the hurricane.

• Shrubbery Replacement: The crew has been busy the shrubbery affected by the storm has been completed,

• Local Restaurants: Local restaurants are open and ready to serve you. We can send you a list of great places to visit.

Management was genuinely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the condo had several issues that should be addressed because they affected the overall quality of our visit.First, the carpet was noticeably dirty as soon as we walked in. It gave the condo an unclean feel from the start.
Second, we weren’t able to control the heat or air because the thermostat was locked. This made it difficult to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature, especially with different people needing different settings.Third, the listing advertised two bathrooms, but it didn’t mention that one of them is a Jack-and-Jill style. For two couples traveling together, this setup lacked privacy and wasn’t what we expected based on the description as the other bath is on first floor.They make it sound like beach chairs are new and everything else but they are using the same pictures and welcome paper from 8 years ago and the beach chairs are old and not usable and only 3 of them also.Lastly, the dryer stopped working on our second day, which was inconvenient since we packed expecting to be able to do laundry during the trip.With all of these issues combined, the condo didn’t match the 5-star reviews we had read beforehand. Management was great, but the property itself needs some updates and clearer listing details for future guests.The owners also tried to offer a 70-100 refund for 5 Star review and this is probably why it's still getting 5 Stars its not worth

Great location, unbelievable sunsets, caught 75-100 fish from the surf, property managers are the easiest and friendliest that I have dealt with in over 30 years. My wife and I had an amazing week and can't wait for a return trip and wouldn't think about staying anywhere else. Perfect Beach Getaway!

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an amazing stay at Scott and Joan’s condo! The beach view was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. Each night a beautiful sunset. The condo itself was spotless and very well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and clean, including the towels provided (beach/pool towels also).Everyone we met who was there short term or an owner of another unit was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed our time in the pool also getting to know everyone. We also really appreciated all the beach gear that was provided — chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and even floats — it made our beach days so easy and relaxing. The location was perfect, too! Close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed, but still felt peaceful and private. This was our second trip to IRB and we will be back we love the area. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient beach getaway. We’ll definitely be back the next time we stay in the area.

What a gem!

I hate to even submit a review, because I’d much rather gatekeep this property, but we just spent a week here and it was the most amazing week! First off, you cannot beat the location and the view. The beach is just a few steps away, and the pool overlooks the ocean. You can watch the sunset from the pool or the balcony if you want to, there’s no bad spot to view it here. The condo layout (townhouse style) worked so well for us. The bedrooms and a full Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs (which my daughter and I shared) and another full bath downstairs for my husband was PERFECT. I think had our son been able to join us, two beds in the 2nd bedroom may have been better suited for us, but two kings is awesome too. If you have an early riser in your family they can go downstairs and make coffee, etc and nobody is disturbed by noise while sleeping. The views are impeccable. The condo is comfortable and well stocked with the necessities (including ample beach gear). Beside the view, the best part was the W/D!!We loved hearing the ocean while we slept, and having coffee on the veranda. Every morning we walked the beach, and there is an awesome coffee shop 1.5 miles north that is worth the walk. We had the pleasure of meeting Joan upon arrival, and she was a delight. Cheryl and Luke, the property managers, are so sweet and do a great job too. We honestly loved the Happy Fiddler and hope to stay here again. Nice people, and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere made for the perfect vacation!

Spring ‘25 Getaway

Scott & Joan really had thought of it all and had everything we needed covered for our stay. Well maintained and close to many of our favorite local spots. The pool was a hit with our son and beach views are amazing! Loved the low-key feel and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had aware from home! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views!

We stayed for 2 weeks during cold weather, so we spent a lot of time inside enjoying the view! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and clean. The only downside was construction noise that wasnt disclosed and the heating system wasnt very effectice since Im sure its not used as often!

Steps from the beach.

I cannot recommend this property / unit any more than a 5 star rating. The communication from the owners has been exceptional. The unit is extremely well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. If you are looking for a rental with a fantastic view and a convenient location to many activities, look no further.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Our stay at Scott’s place was phenomenal over thanksgiving 2025. We knew there would be hurricane Helene damage still getting fixed but even that didn’t disrupt our stay. The property is within steps to the beach, you are practically on the beach even sitting on the patio. We had plenty of space for our group of 4, we were able to lounge on the couch and watch the sunset. We were within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. It was just wonderful. My only bad note would be that the cleaners need to pay a bit more attention to detail (sheets, blankets) but nothing that was too bad.

Great week at the beach.

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was a great experience. My wife, kids, and I enjoyed the location of the unit which is just steps to the beach. All the guest in the complex were families with kids which added to the experience. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach vacation then this might be your place.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Perfect beach location really right on the beach with a great view from the balcony. This condo is in a great location situated near the end of the building which made it very quiet. Walking distance to shops and lots of local bars and restaurants. The unit has everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, towels..easily communicated with the owner for check in. I highly recommend this lovely beach condo!! Can’t wait to come back!!☀️☀️

Perfect Time Out

My husband and I were looking for a place to relax and soak up the sun. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We were right on the beach. The house was equipped with every single thing that you would need. The condo was spotless. The view from the living room and bedroom were breathtaking. The owners are very kind and attentive. Any question we had, they got back to us immediately. Great restaurants very close by. Also, a public grocery store within a mile or two. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. We booked again for October and can’t wait to go back. Look no further. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Scott and Joan for your attention to every detail🙂

Highly Recommend!

First time in Indian Rocks and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations or location. This oceanfront condo with pool perfectly met our needs. We loved the walkability in the area and great restaurants nearby - Beach Waves Grill, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace (across the street) and Salt Rock Grilll (short drive) were some favorites. We also had a few meals in - the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more. Favorite activity was watching that gorgeous sunset! Thanks Scott for your careful attendtion and communication. We hope to come back next year - for longer!
