Guests have full private access to the entire home during their stay, including all listed interior spaces and amenities. One driveway parking space is included for guest use. The backyard is shared and may be used by the studio guest as well. Check-in is self-guided with secure entry for a smooth and flexible arrival 🌴

The easiest way to get around is by car, with quick access to major roads connecting you to beaches, downtown, and nearby attractions. 🚙 Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. 📱 Downtown St. Petersburg and nearby hotspots are about 10–15 minutes away by car, while Gulf beaches are typically 15–25 minutes depending on traffic 🏖️

This includes construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties or units. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions.



🚼 Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE:

🗑️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.
