Welcome to your slice of paradise at Sea Isle Villas, located directly on the sugar sand shores of Indian Rocks Beach—voted one of the best beaches in the world! This beautiful condo offers fantastic direct views of both the beach and the heated pool from the living room and your private balcony.

The unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the Primary bedroom and a queen bed plus twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Sorry, no pets allowed. You’ll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table for four, breakfast bar seating for two, and the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

One assigned parking space is guaranteed with your reservation. Additional parking spaces (not under the building) are first come, first served and limited. If those spots are full, we are unable to assist with extra parking.

To help you settle in, we provide starter essentials including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, dish towels, and one full set of bath towels plus one beach towel per guest based on occupancy. These items are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or aluminum foil.

If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and only the payer may e-sign the rental agreement. Once signed, guest instructions will automatically send at 3PM on your arrival day.

At least one guest must be 25 years old. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted. Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in, including no refunds for health conditions, weather, red tide, cold water, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), or transportation issues such as flight cancellations. Approved date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee per change plus any rate difference. Heated pools may feel cool during colder weather, and refunds will not be issued due to pool temperature.

Please be aware that after a hurricane there may be temporary closures of beaches, restaurants, roads, amenities, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, or cable. The no-refund policy remains in effect in these circumstances, which is why CFAR travel insurance coverage is highly recommended.

Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. Due to same-day turnovers, early check-in requests are discouraged. If the unit becomes available early, you will be notified the morning of arrival; a $50 early check-in fee will apply.

Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box.

IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party is making the payment, you must add the payer’s email address to the booking. The payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who submits payment is authorized to sign the rental agreement.

Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.

Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. There may be temporary closures—possibly lasting weeks—of restaurants, shops, roads, beaches, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. The no-refund policy will remain in effect under these circumstances. This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations.

Early check-in: Because we have a high number of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Standard check-in begins at 4 PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you on the morning of arrival. A $50 early check-in fee will apply.

The payer of the booking must sign our rental agreement to ensure that guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on the day of arrival.
