The space
Crescent Cottage is a fabulous NEW listing as of December 2021 that features 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom;
fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home;
airy and bright open-concept dining space;
spacious living room with plush new furniture and tons of natural light;
workspace nook;
newly renovated bathroom;
charming courtyard to enjoy al fresco dining during your visit to sunny St. Pete.

The property is a multi-unit space with a 2/1 home (the Crescent Cottage), an Artists Studio and coming in 2022, guests may rent the Crescent Studio, a fully equipped 1bed/1bath/kitchen detached in-law suite that is located in the rear of the property. The Crescent Studio will be suited for guests with large groups that would like to have both a 2/1 main stay, as well as a 1/1 studio, accompanied with the shared outdoor patio and garden space for evening dinners or morning brunch. The Crescent Studio will be available to host guests in early 2022!
