Your newly renovated beachy vacation pool home is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood just one mile from Indian Rocks Beach (IRB). It's an easy 5 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk to gorgeous sunsets and great dining options like Crabby Bills and PJ's Oyster Bar. Or stay home and enjoy the heated salt water pool right in your own backyard. Plenty of space and seating for swimming or grilling and just hanging out. You're a 10 minute walk to McGough Nature Park where there are hawks and owls and a bald eagle named Sarg.

Bed and Bath

This split floor plan 3 bedroom home has a king master bedroom with full bath and walk in closet on one side and two guest bedrooms with a full bath on the other side of the home. The first guest room has a king bed with full closet and dresser. The second guest room has a queen bed with full closet and dresser. All beds have comfy pillow top mattresses. The fourth bed is a raised queen blow up bed.

Living Room

Light and beachy living room is detailed with a comfy sofa, loveseat and 55 inch Roku TV. Adjacent to the living room is a conversation space with 4 club chairs and cocktail table for enjoying your favorite beverage

Kitchen and Dining

Newly designed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and peninsula with seating for three. Fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and also includes a wine beverage cooler. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 6 seat counter height dining table and french doors that lead out to the screened in lanai. In the lanai you can enjoy your morning coffee or lounge on our chase sofa.

Outdoor Area
Features a tropical back yard for grilling and enjoying the firepit. The salt water pool is heated to 85 degrees for your year round swimming enjoyment.

Amazing Stay - not a thing to change!

Beautiful home, more supplies than any house I’ve ever stayed. No need to bring a thing for beach, they have you covered! Pool has an outstanding “hot tub” type section with bubblers. Can’t recommend enough!

Great Family Getaway

Family holiday- Absolutely Perfect

Parents and adult children, no kids or pets- perfect for us. Two king (one master) plus a queen, which is rare to find and SO SO appreciated (no twin kids or bunk beds for the single traveler). A wonderful adult place, a wonderful place in general. Plenty of space, lots of conversation areas, good privacy. The pool was the highlight, super clean and warm. Hosts are amazing, checked in on us to be sure we were good. Highly recommend.

Girls getaway

This property was wonderful. Perfect for our girls weekend. Looking forward to going back with our families. Location was so nice. Close enough to nice beaches for biking or driving. Close enough to drive to the touristy areas if you want to get your fix of boardwalks and souvenir shops. But thankfully the area is not a big touristy area. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. And the hosts were wonderful. Made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely go back!

Perfection!!

My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of staying at Dan and Susan’s home over Labor Day weekend and did not want to leave! Prior to our arrival, hurricane Idalia came through and Dan kept me informed daily on the progression of the storm and assured me he would inform me of any mishaps. You could tell he cares about the place and wanted us to have the best time! Him and Susan greeted us upon arrival (as they were staying there the week prior to our arrival and heading out the day we arrived). We basically got a private tour of the place! Susan kindly showed us all the things we would need know and where certain things were located. Dan went over the pool instructions and rules, and gave us some good laughs. The personal touch of this experience alone assured us we were completely at the right place!!! This home is extremely clean, kitchen stocked with everything to cook, plenty of beach/pool towels, bathrooms stocked with plenty of backup supplies/towels as well, pool floats, beach equipment galore, and 4 great bikes that we used daily!! The grocery and a few shops are a very close biking distance! We rode bikes several days to the beach…about 15min ride. Easy Uber service from the home to any location along the coast! Restaurants and beaches were amazing! We will totally be back again to experience this wonderful home. Book now people, you won’t regret!

A Family Paradise

We had the privilege of experiencing an absolutely perfect stay at this remarkable property. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was not just an ordinary vacation spot. What truly sets this property apart is its meticulous attention to detail. The owner's dedication to creating a haven of comfort and luxury is nothing short of commendable. The interior design, furnishings, and amenities all coalesce seamlessly to create an atmosphere that is both inviting and cozy. From the fully-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, every aspect was thoughtfully crafted. The owner, Dan, was extraordinarily hospitable and very helpful in making recommendations. He even carefully packaged and sent an item that we left behind. We enjoyed many evenings outside, used the grill and were in the pool constantly. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas making it so much easier to enjoy the beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back as it was very hard leaving this spectacular home.

Awesome house!

We had an awesome time . The house is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The pool and backyard is unbelievable. My kids love it. The host Dan very attentive. Location its perfect, close to Clearwater beach and Indian Rock beach just mins away. Looking forward to future summers.

AMAZING!!!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Salty Seahorse from 7/1 through 7/10/2023. To say that this house was everything we hoped and more was an understatement. The owners of this home welcomed us as their guest with stocking the house from top to bottom. Susan and Dan are by far the best host that we have encountered. Due to our amazing stay, we will be using them in the future. We also will be referring this home to many friends and family. Private Paradise

This place is nothing short of amazing..From the time we walked through the front door we knew we had found the one. Everything You Want

When we arrived, entry was very simple and fast. The home was immaculate. It was furnished with everything anybody would need. Infant items, games, tv’s, and that salt water heated pool. The gas grill was nice for hot dogs at lunch. Will definitely stay again.

Great Property!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. I would give this property 6 starts if I could. This was by far our best VRBO experience. It was like our own personal resort. The house was EXACTLY as it appeared in the pictures. Owner is highly communicative, friendly, and very helpful with area recommendations, the house is gorgeous and is stocked with everything you could imagine, and It is 10 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach, and 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach. The pool was awesome and relaxing. I cannot recommend this property enough and I would definitely book again.

A majestic home away from home!

I try not to have expectations knowing it’s easy to be let down. This rental property blew everything I had in mind out of the water. From the moment you pull up to this spacious property you can feel the vibe! The interior is immaculate, very well decorated with just about every amenity known to man. Nothing was required but our time and our clothes when we arrived. The backyard is in itself worth the stay. The pool is incredibly clean with salt water and doesn’t cause the eyes to burn or that smell of chlorine. Pool lighting and grill are wonderful and the patio area was the perfect day or night hangout for me and the kids. For anyone who comes across this review I hope you rest assured that you are making the right decision. Thanks to the property owners here who were always available and in contact from day to day!!! This vacation was one that will always share a special spot in my heart!
