Escape to this cozy one-bedroom apartment at Avalon Complex: "The original. The one and only!". You must know this is the smallest one-bedroom apartment at Avalon, for just 485 sqf and is truly IDEAL for just a couple.
Please be mindful: The unit is located on first floor (not ground floor) with 18 stairs to climb.

You also must keep in mind we just acquired this apartment and for the time being, the unit has carpet in the living room as well as bedroom (do not book if not appealing!)

We bought this unit, specifically for its location in the Complex, it has a view at the Pool, again: please be mindful and book only if you share our liking, as you'll have a view to the pool from Balcony. We do not want our reviews to be compromised because of the pool proximity, as this is very well disclosed.

The pool is heated and open from dawn to dusk and the gym is open 24/7. Whether you're here to explore local attractions, relax with your family, or share your vacation with other friends, our space is your home away from home, for the people listed on the booking.

We're delighted to have you as our guests, and we want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Here are some important details regarding your access to the property:
Self-check-in and back-up Lockbox Location:
We'll provide you with a 4 digits code, specifically for your stay, and a backup lockbox containing the spare key is conveniently located on the main entry door, securely attached.

Access Card Provided:
Upon arrival, inside the unit, on the key rack you will have a white plastic access card that serve various purposes during your stay:
Amenity Area Access: same card will grant you access to Gate, Pool, Gym, Library, Mail Boxes.
It allows you to access the entire complex, use it to enjoy the swimming pool (take a dip) or utilize the gym facilities.
Please remember to keep this Access Card safe during your stay and return it to the key rack when you check out.
Other things to note:
No need to worry about parking hassles! Enjoy the convenience of having your parking spot (choose any available one) as close as you prefer, it's just a few steps away from your place, making your life easier and stress-free.

Expecting friends or family visiting you for just the day? (No visitors are allowed overnight) - We have got you covered with additional guest parking. Your loved ones can visit without a worry, ensuring you're ultimately responsible for the entire unit.
